1. Never Make decisions out of anger. (I apologized for getting out of character with Brandice)
2. Never be a dependent. (Help your spouse as well as your self to accomplish each other goals together)
3. accomplish goals as needed. (I do my best)
4. Humble yourself to find successful when there is none. (I practice asking for help when needed. I need to learn the appropriate ways of asking for help)
5. Find other healthy ways to cope when stressed. (music, friends, smoking, and meditation.) I need to practice talking about how I feel when I'm stressed
6. Stay positive. I've been to negative lately and I've been letting negative spirits control my way of thinking i need to be positive always.
7. When over engulfed with anger and Remember just (STOP!). ( I wish I would have not gotten out of character must really care about this women to let her control my actions and emotions like that.)
8. anger is a secondary emotion. ( I get angry when i don't know how to express my true underlined feelings)
9. Its is not intelligent to display anger. ( I truly made fool of myself that night)
10. People get angry when they fail to identify the leading cause of their emotion. ( the leading cause of my anger is worry that i may lose women because I'm not to support her feeling the way they should be i may try but i don't know how. i work to much so i hardly see her and when I'm not working we both got plans ad we don't choose or make an agreement on each others plans at the time.
11. Anger is a learned behavior. ( i lash out when angry because that's how i seen everybody in my life handle their problems. its time i learned a new way to express my anger when it should pop up.
12. Don't judge other for what other have done t you negative or positive. ( we've both been deceived by people in our lives. we must learn to forgive other and let it go. you are who you surround yourself by
13. Everyone deserve an equal amount of trust and respect.
14. Its up that specific person to either gain or lose trust and respect. ( i should not let my past experiences make me insecure with my new experiances
15. Don't argue dissect the conflict and compromise.( I should try to sit down with my women and go over all our conflicts one at a time instead of trhowing bunch our problems out there expecting them to be-solved by the sound of my voice
16. help others as Jesus did( all my blessing came from blessing others i wouldn't be where i am now if i was selfish and upbeat).
