Disturbance of the gut microbiota may play a critical role in the progression of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) induced by high-fat diet (HFD). Changes in gut microbiota were analyzed in a rat HFD-induced NAFLD model following treatment with Qinghua Fang (QHF), a Chinese herbal formula currently used in the clinical practice of traditional Chinese medicine.

The present study aimed to predict the target and signaling pathway of Baihe Decoction in the intervention of coronary heart disease (CHD) based on a network pharmacology approach and molecular docking.

The active ingredients of Baihe Decoction were screened by the Traditional Chinese Medicine Systems Pharmacology (TCMSP), and their potential target genes and proteins in CHD were predicted. The targets were screened out using Online Mendelian Inheritance in Man and the Genecards database. Venn soft was used to obtain the common targets of drugs and diseases. The compound-target-disease network of Baihe Decoction in CHD was constructed in Cytoscape, and the functional protein interaction network was obtained through the STRING database. ClusterProfiler and Pathview were used to perform Gene Ontology function analysis and KEGG pathway enrichment analysis of the effective targets of Baihe Decoction in CHD. Perioperative negative emotion of surgical patients has a greater impact on surgical efficacy and prognosis. The study aimed to analyze the effect of psychological intervention on perioperative anxiety and depression of patients with severe blepharoptosis undergoing autologous fascia lata frontal muscle suspension, and provide a reference for improving and optimizing patient care plans.

Ninety-two patients with severe blepharoptosis who underwent autologous fascia lata frontal muscle suspension in our hospital from February 2018 to January 2020 were selected as the research subjects. Patients were numbered according to the order of operation, and were divided into a control group (46 cases) and an observation group (46 cases) using a numerical random table method. Patients in both groups received routine nursing intervention during the perioperative period, and patients in the observation group also received psychological intervention during this period. The two groups of patients were evaluated using the Hamilton Anxiety Scale (HAM-A) and Hamilton Depression Scale (HAM-D).
