Inventory Sheet:

Please familiarize yourself with new inventory sheet, it is very convenient to use. So Travis will need the front page sent to him only with all the numbers transferred from the back to the front.
INCLUDE ALL TOTALS!!
Have cleanse orders written up (in comments) for order + reminders to the kitchen if any cleanses due to next day after 4pm for pickup.
Every time you send something to Travis via iPad (comments, requests, inventories, EOD) include your name to keep the communication better.
Leave your clear and easy-to-read comments every other day (see example in the inventory sheet).
Make sure you see (PACKS 2 FOR $25 ) included in the sales report (both INVENTORY and EOD).
Send Inventory in between 7pm and 8pm (8pm the latest).

Mid of the day:

Rinse the empty bottles when it is slow @ the store,so they go clean to the kitchen.
Encourage customers to rinse them at home as well (in a nicely way). “As we are reusing the empty bottles, you can just have a light rinse for them at home and return to one of our locations”.
Return only clean bottles to the kitchen with caps on them
If it is super dirty-pour some water inside and send it to the kitchen
If the bottle has no cap - make sure it is clean
NO MILK BOTTLES
The kiosk is tidy and everything is hidden in the cabinet (nothing on the floor)
Fridge is clean and keep all empties in the tote bags (so it looks nice)
Keep the kiosk and area around clean!
Lock the counter when you are away !!!Important!!!
In the fridge we can have only 2 day codes for sale (if we got a delivery, we of the new juice, we won’t move it to the fridge till we sell eldest date code).

CLOSING:

Take a picture of your feet and attach it as the first picture and then attach the rest for INVENTORY and EOD (Travis can not open the image1 file)
Rinse off all expired juice (that you can not use as samples)- empty them in the sink and place clean bottles in the back.
Bring all of the sampling bottles for tomorrow to the produce cooler (so in the fridge you have the juice you can sell only)


PACKS 2 for $25

Make sure the packs are included in the sales report
Remember to count the juice in the packs and check the dates!
Packs can be made of the juice #1-#4 ONLY! (the item must have the fruit in it to be exempt per Revenue Canada’s wisdom)
1 row of the pre-packaged deals at the store.
Mark on the box which juice is inside
Always pack the juice by yourself, never let customer do it.

Aging samples:

No complementaries are allowed by Brand Ambassador (the specific situations will have to require Senior Brand Ambassador’s approval).
If we are long on the samplings, we will transfer it to the other store and use more samples
If no options for transfers- contact Travis or Maggie for an offer approval (Buy 2 that expired that day at 50% off. 2/$13)
Try not to overpour the samples please.


Supplies:

If it is a KITCHEN order- take a picture and send it to Janet and Admin;
If it is Maggie’s - send a pic with order to Maggie
Check supplies every day, make sure you have enough of everything @ the store- prepare all supplies for your coworker (opener).
