I am very sorry for all the inconvenience but as for checking here your item is still in-transit so please wait for 16 days, you will be getting your package within 16 days, if you still haven't got your item you can call us back and we will process a reshipment or refund for you. if we process a reshipment we will expedite the shipment so you will be getting your package within 2-3 business days, and you won't gonna be charge for it.


or here's an other option for you, I will contact the carrier to resend back your package and you will automatically be refunded for the full amount and we can re order your item/s and honor the same price and I will check if we can expedite the shipment so can get your item as soon as possible, if you want I can re order it on my end so that you won't put too much effort with your concern. so which option do you prefer?
