Cause of death and overall family circumstances should both be considered when analysing child outcomes after parental loss. This paper examines the impact of financial inclusion on the mental health of heads of household in Nigeria. The study employed data from the 2015/2016 Nigerian General Household Survey (GHS), matched with georeferenced data concerning financial services obtained from the Insight2Impact (i2i) GIS interface. click here The results indicate that financial inclusion has a strong positive impact on mental health. The study used a robust instrumental variable method, in which a household's distance from the nearest financial institution was used as the instrument for financial inclusion. In addition, it identified the potential channels through which financial inclusion can influence mental health, including (1) food expenditure; (2) remittances; and (3) risk-coping mechanisms. The findings of this study reinforce growing evidence for the benefits of financial inclusion for alleviating depression symptoms.Isolated radial head dislocations are rare in adults with only 23 cases published in 45 years. The diagnosis may be easily missed on radiographs and a CT-scan is often required. If managed promptly patient can restore normal range of motion and elbow function. Authors report a new case of a 67-year-old female presenting a posttraumatic isolated posterior dislocation of the radial head. Treatment consisted of closed reduction followed by immobilization for four weeks in a plaster cast with the elbow flexed at 90°, followed by active mobilization and physiotherapy. At 18 months of follow-up, functional outcome is excellent with no differences between both sides.Traumatic spondyloptosis of the lumbar spine is an uncommon and severe clinical entity, which is defined as complete fracture dislocation and subluxation (>100%) of one vertebral body in the coronal or sagittal plane from its adjacent vertebra. In coronal spondyloptosis the subluxated vertebral bodies lie beside each other, and the condition is lateraloptosis.
A male patient aged 56years had multiple injures with complete neurological deficit. Computed tomography(CT) revealed as spondyloptosis, which L2 detached from the rest of the spine, spinal canal stenosis, sagittal imbalance, and angular kyphosis. We performed an
corpectomy and iliac bone combined part of the vertebra body replanted
with posterior transpedicular fixation of T12-L4, with the sagittal balance recovered and motor function improved progressively.
Traumatic spondyloptosis requires an early resolution by a trained surgical team to ensure sagittal re-alignment for a progressive neurological recovery.

P. versatile is a recently introduced name for a species of plant pathogenic bacteria that unites a group of strains previously embedded within the Pectobacterium carotovorum clade [1,2]. Little detail is available about how this pathogen adapts to changing environmental conditions, including those within its host plant. The PhoP/PhoQ two-component system is an important sensor responding to several stimuli and is present in most species of enteric bacteria. It usually controls large regulons, which vary greatly even between closely related species [3]. This dataset enables the discovery of the genes under direct or indirect transcriptional control by PhoP in P. versatile and should help to understand the physiology of this plant pathogen. The Labroides dimidiatus is known as the "doctor fish" because of its role in removing parasites and infectious pathogens from the body of other fishes. This important role played both in wild and captive conditions could represent a novel form of parasitic transmission process mediated by the cleaning activity of the fish. Yet, there is a paucity of data on the microflora associated with this fish which is important for tracking disease infection and generally monitoring the health status of the fish. This article, therefore, represents the first dataset for the microbiota composition of wild and captive L. dimidiatus. Wild fish samples and carriage water were gotten in Terengganu Malaysia around the corals of the Karah Island. The captive sample, however, was obtained from well-known ornamental fish suppliers in Terengganu Malaysia. Thereafter, bacteria present on the skin, in the stomach and the aquarium water were enumerated using culture-independent approaches and Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) technology. Data obtained from the three metagenomic libraries using NGS analysis gave 1,426,740 amplicon sequence reads which are composed of 508 operational taxonomic units (OTUs) for wild samples and 3,238,564 valid reads and 828 OTUs for captive samples. All sequence reads were deposited in the GeneBank (Accession numbers SAMN14260247, SAMN14260248, SAMN14260249, SAMN14260250, SAMN14260251, and SAMN14260252). The dataset presented is associated with the research article "16S rDNA-Based Metagenomic Analysis of Microbial Communities Associated with Wild Labroides dimidiatus From Karah Island, Terengganu, Malaysia" [1]. The microbiota data presented in this article can be used to monitor the health and wellbeing of the ornamental fish, especially under captivity, hence preventing possible cross-infection.This document describes the collection and organization of a dataset that consists of raw videos and extracted sub-images from video frames of a promising additive manufacturing technique called Two-Photon Lithography (TPL). Four unprocessed videos were collected, with each video capturing the printing process of different combinations of 3D parts on different photoresists at varying light dosages. These videos were further trimmed to obtain short clips that are organized by experimental parameters. Additionally, this dataset also contains a python script to reproduce an organized directory of cropped video frames extracted from the trimmed videos. These cropped frames focus on a region of interest around the parts being printed. We envision that the raw videos and cropped frames provided in this dataset will be used to train various computer vision and machine learning algorithms for applications such as object segmentation and localization applications. The cropped video frames were manually labelled by an expert to determine the quality of the printed part and for printing parameter optimization as presented in "Automated Detection of Part Quality during Two-Photon Lithography via Deep Learning" [1].
