Throne and Liberty Gear Upgrades
Upgrades can increase the power of a piece of equipment and at times even add additional features. The worth of these upgrades is determined by their tiers, requirements, and the amount of random augmentations that are applied.
For instance, the premium shield of racial violence Razortail is commonly upgraded for its lightning absorb function in PvP or to provide additional defenses to missile-based designs in PvM. This makes it more exchangeable over the unupgraded version.
Reroll Tokens
Reroll tokens permit you to reroll a purchased item, like armor, weapon, or ring. The item is replaced by another item of the same type, but with different benefits. Reroll tokens are a cost-effective method of upgrading gear. They don't maintain the original level of the item and any money wasted will not be refunded.
Reroll tokens can be obtained by survivors via a variety of methods like the Mistery Box or as rare drops from skulled creatures. item upgrade can be located in crates and chests or purchased at the local store at a cost of 150k each. Reroll tokens can be used to alter an attribute of an item that could include increasing its damage or granting it a new stat.
Players can reroll equipment in three aspects: physical power, spell power, and health. Physical power upgrades increase the damage caused by melee and weapons while spell power upgrades mage attacks and rings. Health upgrades provide the player with an additional amount of health.
Three types of reroll tokens are available: upgrade rare and legendary. Each of these upgrades an item to a better quality and requires a higher-level reroll token in order to make it. Upgrades require a standard item. Rare upgrades require an item that is either exclusive or legendary. Legendary upgrades require three legendary pieces.
The marker for rerolling, unlike markers or tokens placed on action spaces remains on the space till the next success is rerolled. This lets you save upgrades.
Blueprints appear as envelopes at the start of each Preparation Phase, and can be opened by grabbing them using Interact. When they are opened, they show an explanation and icon for the Appliance or Ingredient. The restaurant's store will swap blueprints for a new appliance or ingredient for a small amount.
This means that you can move blueprints between the Staple Pool (which is the default pool) and the Non-staple Pool during a run. This alters which blueprints the restaurant's shop sells for rerolls and which are available in the non-droppable Pool.
Growthstones
In Throne and Liberty, growth stones can be used to improve weapons, armor and other accessories. These are special stones that boost the level of an item by improving its stats or characteristics. They can be found by visiting Equipment Enchanting NPCs located in the major towns. They can purchase them from Contract Coin Merchants for a cost. These stones are also available to players who complete daily contracts.
To upgrade gear to upgrade gear, players must first locate the item, then click the "level up button". This will display a menu that shows the item's current status and what it will be when being upgraded, along with the required amount of Growth Stones to achieve this. The amount of Growth Stones needed to upgrade an item will depend on its rarity. Most often, rare (blue) weapons require more than one green Growth Stone to reach their next level, while uncommon armor requires just one blue or green Growth Stone.
After selecting the item to upgrade the user must choose the number of Growth Stones that they want to use and pay the cost. When the requirements are met, the player can then click on the upgrade button to apply the Growth Stones to the item. The item will be upgraded in level by a certain percentage. Based on the rarity of the item and rarity, the upgrade process could take between seconds and minutes.
The upgrade process is risk-free and does not affect the item's longevity. The system is an excellent option for players who wish to get an edge in combat but don't want to spend a lot of money. Additionally, players can transfer the experience and progress of an upgraded item to a new one by clicking on the "transfer" tab.
The process of obtaining Growth Stones in Throne and Liberty can be a challenge for novice players. However, there are numerous ways to obtain them, including signing contracts and buying them from the Contract Coin Merchant, defeating Abyssal Contract enemies, collecting them from the Equipment Stone Seal Book, or getting them from the reward chests that are available during the Ancient Arena season. item upgrades can also break down higher-level Growth Stones into multiple lower-level stones.
Leveling
Leveling is a feature that lets players boost the stats of their weapons, armor, helms, and trinkets. It is achieved by the combination of an item with upgrades at the Upgrade Station, paying a fee of Happy Stars or Happy Tickets. The upgrade materials will be consumed and the item will receive a higher level. This process can be repeated until the maximum level for an item has been attained.
Items with upgraded base stats display a blue icon in their slot. Upgrade components, unlike enchantments, cannot be added to more than one item at once. Furthermore each upgrade component will require a certain amount of items to be used, as well as an appropriate level for the equipment.
The Upgrade Station has two slots: the left one is where players can put in a piece of equipment that they wish to upgrade, and the right shows a preview of what the equipment will look like once it is at its next level. Once the player has enough items by pressing the yellow arrow, it will initiate the upgrade process.
A piece of equipment may be upgraded up to five times. Each time the item is upgraded, its stats will be increased by a small percentage. The maximum level of an item is 19.
When an item reaches its highest level, upgrades will not be available for it. In the same way, once a piece of gear reaches a certain upgrade track (e.g. Upgrades for the Veteran or Explorer track will be discounted.
Upgrade components are a kind of equipment that can be slotted into weapons, armor trinkets, trinkets, or gathering tools to give an attribute bonus or extra effect when the equipment is in use. They can be purchased from vendors, looted, or obtained through questing. They can also be traded between players. Upgrade components can be swapped by acquiring new ones. However, this can ruin the previous upgrade.
Requirements
Upgrades to items allow players to increase certain stats of armor and weapons they already have. The requirements for upgrading an item will vary based on the type of item, but typically you'll need Dilithium and a variety of Upgrade Tokens (various options are available).
The upgrade items can be incorporated into equipment sets and weapons for additional effects or to increase the quality item. These upgrades can be gotten from a variety of sources within the game, including through crafting, purchased at the Trading Post or karma vendors or looted from bosses or raids, or dropped from dungeons. Once an upgrade component has been placed into an object, it is not able to be removed or replaced. However it is possible to swap glyphs freely.
Upgrades can increase an item's Mark Level or Rarity. Some upgrade components also have additional modifiers that can improve the item's stats.
For instance, the helm upgrade "Foundation of the Sun" improves base defense, and also gives an additional 20% chance to block. In addition, the dps upgrade "Wildfire" boosts weapon damage.
Certain items are better off being upgraded less because of their improved stats, but because it allows players to gain the maximum amount of value from a perfect roll on the item. A perfect-rolled 200/6 500 armor set piece, for instance is highly coveted by melee PvP communities and could be worth 20-50 times that of the unupp'd version.
When you select an upgrade component that you want to put into an item the game will show a pop-up window that shows the required requirements. The game will show the requirements required when you select an upgrade component to slot into an item.
Once you've satisfied the requirements for an upgrade The game will then place the item in your inventory and the progress bar will update to show how close you are to completing the upgrade. You can also check the status of an upgrade by going to any NPC that upgrades items.
