Ardahan Valılığı Ticaret İl Müdürluğünde Memur ünvanında 26.02.2024 tarihinde göreve başladım hali hazırda görevimi ifa etmekteyim... Tarihinde tarafıma tebliğ edilen yazıda tarafınızca yürütülmekte olan soruşturmaya esas olmak üzere yazılı savunmam istenilmiş olup her ne kadar yazı içeriğinde bahsedilen tarihlerde belli günlerde mesaiye geç geldiğim veya hiç gelmediğun belirtilmiş ise de kurum binasında kartı sistemin var olduğu ve kurum binasına girişlerin kart ile yapıldığı bilindiğinden ben de kurum binasına girerken kartını okutarak girdiğimi beyan eder bu durumun da sistem incelemelerinden anlaşılacağını bıldırırım. Ayrıca görevime yeni başlayan bir personel olduğumdan dolayı kurum iş ve işleyışını birim arkadaşlarından öğrenmekteyim. Başta müdürüm olmak üzere kurum iş ve işleyışını öğreten arkadaşlar benim mesaiye geldiğimi ve mesai saatleri içerisinde elimden geldiğince işlerimi yaptığımı bilir ve bu duruma şahitlik ederler Ayrıca gün içerisinde iş gereği yapmış olduğumuz teftişler neticesinde teftiş yapmış olduğumuz kurumlarda da bu durum net bir şekilde ortaya çıkacaktır. Ayrıca tebliğ edilen yazı içeriğinde bahsedilen güvenlik kameralarının incelenmesi sonucunda kuruma gelmediğimden bahsedilmiş ise de kurumda ilk göreve başladığım dönemlerde tesettür kullanmıyordum bir süre sonra tesettüre girme kararı aldın. Bu durumu belirtmemdeki amaç da şudur, güvenlik kameraları incelenirken daha sonradan tesettüre girmiş olmamdan dolayı guvenlik kameralarında yüzümün veya eşgalimin zuhulen tespit edilememiş olma ihtimalıdır. Tüm bu hususlar göz önüne alındığında mesai saatlerine riayet edip tam ve zamanında görevimin başına geldiğimi bildirir gereğını saygılarımla takdirlerinize arz edenm.14.10.2024
