Throne and Liberty Gear Upgrades
Upgrades can sometimes increase the power of a piece and sometimes even its extras. The value of these upgrades is determined by their tiers, requirements and the number of random augmentations used.
For instance, the top racial shield Razortail is often upgraded to enhance its lightning absorb ability in PvP, or to add additional defenses to missile-based builds in PvM. This makes it more marketable than the perfect non-upgraded version.
Reroll Tokens
Reroll tokens can be used to reroll a purchased item like an armor, weapon, or ring. This replaces the item with an identical item and comes with different bonuses. Reroll tokens can be a cost-effective method of upgrading gear. However, they do not retain the level of the original item and any resources wasted aren't refunded.
Survivors may acquire reroll tokens by a variety of means like the Mistery Box or as rare drops from skulled creatures. They can also be found in crates and chests or purchase them at the market for $150 each. Reroll tokens are used to alter the attribute of an item for example, increasing the damage it can cause.
Players can roll equipment in three categories: physical power, spell power and health. Upgrades to physical power can increase damage from weapons and melee attack, while upgrades to spell power increase the damage of mage attacks and rings. Health upgrades give the player additional health.
There are three types of reroll tokens: upgrade, rare, and legendary. Each upgrade takes an item to a higher quality, with the requirement of a higher-level reroll token in order to produce it. Upgrades require a regular item. Rare upgrades require items that are either unique or legendary. Legendary upgrades require three legendary pieces.
The marker for rerolling, unlike markers or tokens that are placed on action spaces, remains on the space till the next Success is being rerolled. This allows you to avoid wasting upgrades.
Blueprints appear as envelopes at the start of each Preparation Phase and can be opened by grabbing them with Interact. When they are opened, they will display an image and description of the appliance or ingredient. The restaurant's shop can exchange blueprints for a new appliance or ingredient for a small amount.
In the end, blueprints can be moved between the Staple Pool (which is the default pool) and the Non-staple Pool during a run. This affects which blueprints the restaurant's shop sells for rerolls and which are available in the non-droppable Pool.
Growthstones
In Throne and Liberty, growth stones can be used to improve weapons, armor and other accessories. These stones are special stones that increase the value of an item by increasing its stats or attributes. Players can locate these items by visiting Equipment Enchanting NPCs located in the major towns. Contract Coin Merchants will sell them for a price. These stones are also available to players who complete daily contracts.
To upgrade gear, the player must first locate the item and then click the "level up button". The screen will show a summary of the item's levels and what it will become after being leveled-up. It will also display the amount of Growth Stones needed to accomplish this. The number of Growth Stones needed to upgrade a piece depends on its rarity. Rare (blue) rarer weapons will require more than one Growth Stone, while uncommon armor requires only one Growth Stone.
After choosing the item to upgrade, the player has to select the number of Growth Stones that they want to use and pay for the cost. When the requirements are fulfilled, the player may then click the upgrade button to apply the Growth Stones to the item. This will raise the item's level by a specific percentage. The process of upgrading can last from a few seconds to several minutes, depending on the rarity of the item.
The upgrade process also is risk-free, and does not affect the item's longevity. It's an excellent choice for those who want to gain an advantage in battle but don't want to burden their wallets. By clicking on the "transfer tab", players can also transfer their experience and progress of an upgraded item onto an entirely new piece of equipment.
The process of getting Growth Stones in Throne and Liberty is a daunting task for players who are new to the game. There are several ways to acquire the stones. You can finish contracts and purchase them from Contract Coin Merchants, defeat Abyssal Contracts, collect them from the Equipment Stone Seal Book or collect them from reward chests during the Ancient Arena Season. In addition players can break down the higher-level Growth Stones to create multiple lower-level ones.
Leveling
Leveling is an option that lets you increase the effectiveness of armor and weapons. You can also upgrade trinkets and helms. The Upgrade Station lets you combine an item with upgrade materials, and also pay a cost in Happy Tickets or Happy Stars. The process will consume the upgrade components and grant the item an increased level, which gives the item a boost in that particular area. This process can continue until the item is at its highest level.
Items with upgraded stats will be displayed as a blue icon beside their slot. Upgrade components, unlike enchantments cannot be applied to more than one item at a time. Each upgrade component also requires the purchase of a certain amount of items and a minimum level of equipment.
The Upgrade Station is divided into two slots. On the left side, players can place items to be upgraded. On sneak a peek at this site , previews show what the gear will look like at its next level. Once players have enough materials by pressing the yellow arrow, it will start the upgrade process.
A piece of equipment can be upgraded a maximum of five times. Each upgrade, the stats of the base item will increase by only a tiny amount. The maximum level of an item is 19.
Once an item reaches its maximum capacity that it can no longer have the option of upgrading. Once a piece of equipment reaches a specific upgrade track (e.g. Upgrades for the Veteran or Explorer track ) they will be discounted.
Upgrade components are a type of equipment that is able to be inserted into armors, weapons trinkets, gathering tools and other trinkets to give an additional benefit or bonus when the equipment is equipped. They can be purchased from vendors, looted or obtained through questing or traded between players. Upgrade components can be replaced with new ones, but doing so will damage the previous upgrade, except for glyphs which can be removed and replaced at will.
Requirements
The upgrades to items allow players the ability to increase certain stats of weapons and armor they currently have. The requirements to upgrade an item differ based on the type of item however, you'll usually require Dilithium along with a number Upgrade Tokens.
The upgrade items can be slotted into equipment sets and weapons for additional effects or to increase the quality item. The upgrades can be acquired from a variety of sources within the game, including crafting, purchased at the Trading Post or karma vendors or looted from bosses and raids, or collected from dungeons. Once an upgrade element is inserted into an item, it can't be removed and changed without restriction, however, the glyphs used in gathering tools can be swapped out without restrictions.
Upgrades can increase an item's Mark Level or Rarity. Some upgrade components also have additional modifiers that can boost the stats of the item.
The helm upgrade "Foundation of the Sun", for example, increases base defense and adds an additional 20 percent chance to block. In addition, the dps upgrade "Wildfire" boosts weapon damage.
Upgrades can be beneficial to some items, but not because they increase stats. They are more valuable to players when they achieve a perfect roll. A perfectly rolled 200/6500 armor set piece, for instance is highly coveted by melee PvP communities and can be worth up to 20-50 times that of the unupp'd version.
If you choose an upgrade component to slot into an item the game will display an in-game window that lists the necessary requirements. The game will show the required requirements when you select an upgrade component to slot into an item.
Once you've met the required conditions for upgrading, the game will place the item in your inventory and the progress bar will change to show how close you are to completing the upgrade. You can also track the status of an item upgrade by visiting any NPC who upgrades items.
