A Randomized Manipulated Tryout associated with Accurate Vestibular Treatment inside Young people subsequent Concussion: Initial Conclusions.
Objective To understand the epidemiologic characteristics of fall in people aged 60 years and above in China from 2015 to 2018, and provide basis for the prevention of fall in old people and the development of related policies. FSEN1 datasheet Methods Descriptive analysis was conducted on general information, injury occurrence information and injury clinical characteristics of fall cases in people aged 60 years and above by using the data from Chinese National Injury Surveillance System(NISS). Results A total of 205 670 fall cases were reported to NISS from 2015 to 2018 with the male to female ratio of 1.37. Falls mainly occurred during 1000-1059 am (11.91%). The top three places where fall might occur were home (56.41%), road (17.24%) and public residence (14.36%). Leisure activity(37.56%), housework (24.20%) and walk (15.07%) were top three activities in which fall occurred. Bruise/scrape (42.17%), fracture (31.79%) and sprain/strain (14.62%) were the major injuries. The most common body parts involved were low limbs (31.38%), head (22.46%) and truncus(20.71%). Moderate and severe injuries accounted for 37.21% of all cases, and 22.49% of the elderly seeking medical care due to fall required hospitalization. Conclusions The number of fall in people aged 60 years and above increased from 2015 to 2018. The elderly is a key population in the prevention and control of fall. Objective To analyze epidemiological characteristics and explore control and prevention measures based on the rabies surveillance data in China from 2016 to 2018. Methods The surveillance data of rabies in China from 2016-2018 were collected from the "Infectious Disease Surveillance Information Reporting Management System", eleven national surveillance sites in Hunan, Anhui, Guizhou, Jiangsu and Shandong provinces and National Bureau of Statistics. Descriptive epidemiological method was used to analyze the distributions of rabies outbreaks in China during this period, and univariate and multivariate analyses were conducted on the data using SPSS 25.0. Results Rabies epidemics were mainly found in southern and central areas in China. Rabies mainly occurred in summer and autumn, and the majority of patients were farmers, students and children outside child care settings. The male to female ratio of the cases was 2.38∶1(1 114∶468). The cases were reported in all age groups and the incidence curve was bimodal, ancal institutions, strengthen immunization and management of dog to achieve the goal of "zero human rabies death by 2030".Objective To analyze the interprovincial movement of newly reported HIV/AIDS cases after the first follow up in China and understand their movement characteristics and the effect of antiretroviral therapy (ART) after adjustment of ART inclusion criteria. Methods The data of HIV/AIDS cases, including the effects of ART, were extracted from the information system for HIV/AIDS prevention and control. Descriptive analysis and χ2 test was used to explore the characteristics of the movement of HIV/AIDS cases and its relationship with ART effect and viral suppression. Results In 289 218 HIV/AIDS cases, 22 426 (7.8%) cases experienced inter-provincial movement after the first follow up. Higher prevalence of inter-provincial movement was found in males (8.3%, 18 557/223 713), those with education level of senior high school (9.6%, 4 317/44 877) and college degree and above (9.5%, 4 792/45 858), the unmarried (11.5%, 10 538/91 572), those diagnosed in detention center (16.0%, 1 268/7 927) and those infected by homosexufectiveness of ART.Objective To understand the basic characteristics of death cases, analyze the death trends in AIDS patients and the risk factors in China and provide evidence for the development of AIDS prevention and control strategy. Methods The data were collected from the national basic information system of HIV/AIDS. The information of the cases in AIDS phase were used. The death number and mortality trends in AIDS cases were described, and Cox Proportion Hazards Regression Model was constructed to assess hazard ratios (HR) for independent variables. Results By the end of 2019, a total of 582 472 AIDS cases, including 168 391 deaths, had been reported in China. Among the death cases, males accounted for 76.8% (129 343/168 391), heterosexual contact was the main transmission route, accounting for 60.9% (102 516/168 391). The proportion of the death cases who had ever received ART was 54.0% (90 888/168 391). The inter-quartile (P25, P75) of first CD4+T cells counts (CD4) was 34 cells/μl, 240 cells/μl. Up to 43.5% (73 191/9. It is necessary to strengthen the early detection and treatment of AIDS to reduce the mortality. Objective To analyze the association of waist circumference, BMI, waist-hip ratio, waist-height ratio, calf circumference and waist-calf circumference ratio (WCR) with depression risk in centenarians in Hainan province. Methods A total of 1 002 centenarians in Hainan were selected by cluster sampling. GDS-15 was used to investigate the depression. Multivariate linear regression and logistic regression analyses were conducted to evaluate the correlation between anthropometric indicators and depression risk. Restricted cubic spline was used to analyze and visualize the linear relationship. Results After adjusting demographic characteristics (gender, age, ethnic group, marital status, educational level and type of residence) and lifestyle (smoking and drinking), the standard β of BMI, WC, WHR, WHtR, calf circumference and WCR associated with GDS-15 were -0.069, -0.032,0.009, -0.009, -0.099 and 0.060, respectively, and the P values of BMI and calf circumference were less then 0.05. With the increase of calf circumference, the risk of depression decreased, OR value was 0.94 (95% CI0.90-0.98), and after adjustment, the results were still significant. Classified variable analysis indicated with the decrease of calf circumference and the increase of WCR, the risk of depression increased gradually, the trend P values were 0.038 and 0.042, respectively. Conclusion Central obesity (waist circumference and WCR) and periphery obesity (calf circumference) have differed effects on depression in centenarians, and increased calf circumference is a protective factor for depression in female centenarians, attention should be paid to the mental health of the elderly women with lower calf circumference.
