Taylors Lazy Sunday coffee beans are slowly roasted to develop flavors such as soft milk chocolate, delicate citrus and a mellow, easy-going character. Whether you're pressing pause during an intense weekday or winding down on the weekend, a portion of this gentle roast goes a long way to relax your mind and body.

Roasting
Lazy Sunday is a light roast that is easy on the palate. It mellows and becomes an opulent hug to your senses. The cocoa influences from Latin America smooth the brew whilst Africa brings citrus hints to add balance. The result is a delicious coffee that can be enjoyed on its own or paired with cake, milk chocolate and other sweets. It also goes well with lemon drizzle cakes or simple vanilla sponges well.
We recommend using the French Press method to brew this coffee. Heating your vessel by adding water that has just boiled will keep it warm. After brewing, let it sit for 4 minutes, this ensures that the grounds are saturated and not over extracted. The water should be pushed through by the plunger. Don't stir or stir the coffee, as this could result in unpleasant odors appearing in your cup.

1 kg of coffee beans is a smooth light roast that has the sweet, citrus and cocoa scent. It has a smooth mouth feel that caresses the palette. The cocoa-like hints can be traced to the days of winter sitting on the sofa reading a good book and the warmth of a hug from the family. Prepare your French Press by using water that isn't yet at boiling point. This is recommended to prevent the coffee from over extracting and creating unwanted elements in your drink. Add your grounds and 250ml of water that just boiled. Steep for four minutes, take a plunge, and then enjoy.
