5%). Seventy-six (89.5%) of those with GDM were treated by dietary therapy and 9 (10.5%) by pharmacological therapy. Among women with GDM, large-for-gestational-age fetuses, labor induction and elective cesarean section were more prevalent than for those without GDM. Significant differences were not found between the groups in macrosomia and neonatal outcomes.

This study aims to evaluate the level of psychological distress for women with breech compared to cephalic presentation. We hypothesized, that women with breech presentation have higher levels of depression, stress and anxiety. Secondary objectives were to analyze potential demographic risk factors and comorbidity of psychological distress in breech pregnancy.
The breech study group was formed by 379 women with breech presentation. A sample of 128 women with cephalic presentation was recruited during routine clinical care. Depression, anxiety and stress symptoms were ascertained by means of the Depression-Anxiety-Stress-Score (DASS)-21 questionnaire. Categorial data was analyzed with Chi-square or exact test, continuous data with unpaired t test or Mann-Whitney U test. Demographic risk factors were identified using a binary logistic regression model.
Prevalence of psychological distress among women with breech was not higher compared to those of other pregnant women. Symptomatic depression, anxiety and nicalTrials.gov Identifier NCT03827226).
To identify risk factors associated with bladder injury during cesarean delivery, and to determine the frequency of associated morbidities.
Data obtained from the United States' Health Care Cost and Utilization Project-Nationwide Inpatient Sample were used to conduct a retrospective population-wide cohort study. ICD-9 codes were used to identify women who underwent a cesarean delivery between 1999 and 2015. Subsequently, women were classified based on whether or not they experienced a bladder injury during delivery. Multivariate logistic regression was used to determine predictors of bladder injury in cesarean deliveries and to examine the associated morbidities while adjusting for baseline maternal demographics and clinical characteristics.
Of 4,169,681 cesarean deliveries identified, there were 7,627 (0.2%) bladder injuries for an overall incidence of 18 per 10,000. Women ≥ 35years were at greater risk of bladder injury 1.5 (1.4-1.6), as were women with endometriosis 2.0 (1.5-2.7) and Crohn's disease venous thromboembolism should be considered.
To evaluate the safety and effectiveness of aflibercept in combination with fluorouracil, leucovorin, and irinotecan (FOLFIRI) in Korean patients with metastatic colorectal cancer (mCRC) who progressed with oxaliplatin-containing regimen.
This was a prospective observational study conducted at 22 sites across Korea between February 2018 and September 2019. Patients aged > 19years with a diagnosis of mCRC who were prescribed aflibercept plus FOLFIRI, after progression with an oxaliplatin-containing regimen were included. Disease assessment was performed every 6weeks.
A total of 185 patients were included (males, 58.9%; right-sided tumors, 23.8%; and ECOG performance factor ≥ 1, 68.6%). A total of 514 adverse events (AEs) occurred in 134 patients, of which 206 (49.2%; 95% CI 42.0%, 56.4%) events were considered as adverse drug reactions (ADRs), 172 unexpected AEs (49.7%; 95% CI 42.5%, 56.9%), and 53 serious AEs (22.2%; 95% CI16.2%, 28.2%). The most common serious ADR was pneumonia (n = 2, 1.6%). The most common all grade hematological AE and non-hematological AE were neutropenia (21.6%) and nausea (16.2%), respectively. Over a median follow-up of 5.6months, a total of five grade 5 (1.0%) AEs were reported. Median OS was 9.4months, and median progression-free survival (PFS) was 7.3months. The overall response rate was 14.6%. Right-sided tumor location and prior bevacizumab treatment were independent factors of poor PFS in multivariate analysis.
Aflibercept in combination with FOLFIRI was effective and showed an acceptable safety profile in Korean patients with mCRC in daily clinical practice.

To examine the relative risk of suicide mortality in patients with Huntington's disease (HD).
A case-control study design was used. We used linked electronic records from primary care, secondary care and Office for National Statistics from England from 2001 through 2019. Controls were matched to cases by general practice and suicide date. Odds ratios (ORs) were adjusted for gender and age at suicide/index date.
Data were available for 594,674 individuals. Wnt agonist 1 Patients with HD who died from suicide were significantly younger at time of death than patients with HD who died from causes other than suicide (p < 0.001). The adjusted OR for HD was 9.2 (95% confidence intervals, CI 4.9-17.4) compared to those without HD. The increase in risk was higher amongst the younger age group who were ≤ 45.8years at suicide/index date (OR 54.5, 95% CI 10.8-276.1).
The markedly elevated suicide risk in patients with HD suggests that implementation of suicide risk assessment may improve survival in individuals with these diseases, especially in younger patients.

To develop a deep learning model (DLM) to improve readers' interpretation and speed in the differentiation of pancreatic cystic lesions (PCLs) on dual-phase enhanced CT, and a low contrast mediadose, external testing set validated the model.
Dual-phase enhanced CT images of 363 patients with 368 PCLs obtained from two centers were retrospectively assessed. Based on the examination date, a training and validation set of 266 PCLs, an internal testing set of 52 PCLswere designated from center 1. Anexternal testing set included 50 PCLs from center 2. Clinical and radiological characteristics were compared. The DLM was developed using 3D specially designed densely connected convolutional networks for PCL differentiation. Radiomic features were extracted to build a traditional radiomics model (RM). Performance of the DLM, traditional RM, and three readers was compared.
The accuracy for differential diagnosis was 0.904 with DLM, which was the highest in the internal testing set. Accuracy differences between the DLM and senior radiologist were not significant both in the internal and external testing set (both p > 0.05). With the help of the DLM, the accuracy and specificity of the junior radiologist were significantly improved (all p < 0.05), and all readers' diagnostic time was shortened (all p < 0.05).
The DLM achieved senior radiologist-level performance in differentiating benign and malignant PCLs which could improve the junior radiologist's interpretation and speed of PCLs on CT.

Based on review of the current literature and expert opinion, the Practice Guidelines and Technical Standards Committee of the Society of Skeletal Radiology (SSR) proposes a bone reporting and data system (Bone-RADS) for incidentally encountered solitary bone lesions on CT and MRI with four possible diagnostic management recommendations (Bone-RADS1, leave alone; Bone-RADS2, perform different imaging modality; Bone-RADS3, perform follow-up imaging; Bone-RADS4, biopsy and/or oncologic referral). Two algorithms for CT based on lesion density (lucent or sclerotic/mixed) and two for MRI allow the user to arrive at a specific Bone-RADS management recommendation. Representative cases are provided to illustrate the usability of the algorithms.
This study aimed to validate our novel proposed radiological evaluation of the posterior tympanotomy (PT) depth. This dimension represents the bone of the facial recess needed to be drilled to get access into the middle ear during cochlear implantation.
It was a retrospective observational study that included 257 patients who underwent cochlear implantation from July 2018 to April 2021 in tertiary referral institutions. Two physicians evaluated the preoperative HRCT to measure the PT depth in the oblique para-sagittal cut. On the other hand, two other physicians evaluated the unedited surgical videos to judge the PT depth and classified it into an ordinary PT or deep PT. Then, the preoperative radiological measurements were correlated with the intraoperative findings.
The radiological PT depth ranged from 2.5 to 5.4mm with a mean of 3.91 ± 0.886. Sixty-six patients had ordinary PT, and 191 patients had deep PT. Spearman's correlation coefficient revealed a strong correlation between the preoperative radiological PT depth measurements and the intraoperative PT depth judgments (p value < 0.0001).
We created a novel radiological method to measure the posterior tympanotomy depth. This method was valid, reproducible, and reliable in the preoperative radiological evaluation of the PT depth with high sensitivity (91.71%), specificity (90.62%), and accuracy (91.44%). We also found a significant impact of the PT depth on the PT difficulty during cochlear implantation.

However, research studies have shown that it can affect the cognitive abilities and health of non-target bees and other wild pollinators by inducing DNA damage, apoptosis and mitochondrial damage, injure to its central nervous system, and it is even developmentally neurotoxic to mammals and humans, with mitochondria being an important target of neonicotinoids. Therefore, this article reviews the role of mitochondrial morphology, calcium ions (Ca2+) homeostasis, respiratory function, apoptosis, and DNA damage in neonicotinoids-induced systemic toxicity. Additionally, it evaluates the protective effects of various active substances including vitamin C, N-acetylcysteine (NAC), curcumin (CUR), glutathione reduced (GSH), caffeic acid phenethyl ester (CAPE), resveratrol, and thymoquinone (TQ) on neonicotinoids-induced toxicity. This review manuscript found that mitochondria are important targets to neonicotinoids. Neonicotinoids can cause DNA damage, apoptosis, protein oxidation, and lipid peroxidation in non-target organisms by altering mitochondrial Ca2+ homeostasis, inhibiting mitochondrial respiration, and inducing reactive oxygen species (ROS) production.
