1. The policy was renewed on 04/10/2024 with a premium amount of $972.71 under the annual payment plan.
2. After the initial invoice was billed, a policy change transaction occurred on 04/10/2024, resulting in an additional cost of $181.38. Since the first invoice had already been billed, a second invoice for $181.38 was generated. Therefore, this extra amount is expected.
3. Several payment plan changes were made:
Annual to quarterly
Quarterly to annual
Quarterly to fortnightly
4. The customer manually changed the invoice date of the second invoice (for $181.38) to 11/10/2024 directly from the Invoices tab. As a result, this invoice is not aligned with the fortnightly payment plan. If the date had been adjusted through the Invoice Streams tab, it would have followed the fortnightly schedule. Thus, this behavior is expected.
