A few tips: Before you add your grounds, heat the press with a little of the boil water, as when the coffee comes into contact with hot water too rapidly, it can over extract and cause undesirable elements in the cup.

Taylors Lazy Sunday coffee beans are slowly roasted to create flavours such as soft milk chocolate, delicate citrus and a soft, easy-going character. This roast is perfect to relax your muscles and mind, whether you're calming down during a hectic weekday, or winding down on the weekend.

Roasting
As Coffeee is soft on the palate and softens into a warm embrace for your senses. The cocoa influences from Latin America smooth the brew whilst Africa brings citrus hints to add balance. The result is a cup that is a great drink by itself, or with milk chocolate or cake. It's a perfect match for vanilla cakes with lemon drizzle and lemon sponges.
We recommend the French Press method to brew this coffee. Preheating your vessel by adding some water that is just boiling will keep it warm. After brewing, let the coffee steep for four minutes. This will ensure that the grounds are filled with water and are not being over-extracted. The water must be pushed through using the plunger. Don't stir or agitate your coffee, as this could cause unpleasant elements to appear in your cup.
Strength - 3 is a little softer and easygoing, perfect for relaxing weekends.

Lazy Sunday is an aromatic light roast that has an uplifting citrus and cocoa aroma. It has a soft mouth feel that caresses the palate. The cocoa notes can be traced to the winter days in the living room, reading a book and an intimate hug from the family. Make sure to heat your French Press by using water that has not yet reached boiling point. This will stop the coffee from being over extracted and resulting in undesirable elements in the drink. Add your grounds and 250ml of water that has been taken off the boil. For four minutes, simmer, plunge, and enjoy.
