Roasting

As a light roast Lazy Sunday is a light roast that is easy on the palate and mellows into a warm hug for your senses. The cocoa bean from Latin America is used to smooth out the brew, while Africa adds citrus notes for balance. The result is a cup that can be enjoyed on its own or with cakes, milk chocolate or other sweets. It also goes well with lemon drizzle cakes or vanilla sponges extremely well.

When brewing this coffee, we recommend using the French Press method, preheating your vessel using some of the boiling water to ensure that it stays warm and ready for brew. Once brewed leave to steep for 4 minutes, this will ensure that the grounds are completely saturated and not over extracted. The water should be pushed through with the plunger. Do not stir or stir your coffee, as this could cause unpleasant elements to appear in your cup.
