From my understanding you wanted to know how to cancel your subscription?

Can I start with your first and last name, followed by the email address associated to your shomi account please?
In order to process your cancellation, Can I have your full address including city, province, and postal code, as well as the last 4 digits of the credit card used to subscribe?

A few things we want to tell you before you go:
1. When you cancel, your shomi subscription will end right away. If you are in a free trial you will not get another free trial when you resubscribe.
2. Your account will then be cancelled and a pro-rated refund will be issued to your credit card for the time remaining on your account.
3. You can re-activate any time over the next 24 months by logging into your account again and providing us with your credit card information.

You will be getting the pro-rated refund you're entitled to within 72 hours. I'm very sorry but as you have failed to cancel with us previously, that does not abide by our Terms of Service which you agreed upon. This Terms details your responsibility to monitor your account for charges and use every available means possible to cancel, as well as making absolutely certain you receive a cancellation confirmation. You emailed us in the past but did not reply to our questionnaire which asked for your acknowledgement you wish the cancellation. You LiveChatted us as well but you did not reply to the agent and didn't confirm your credentials so the account wasn't cancelled on both fronts.
