Roasting

As a light roast Lazy Sunday is gentle on the palate, and then softens into a warm hug for your senses. The cocoa sourced from Latin America is used to smooth out the brew while Africa provides citrus notes to balance. The result is a delicious coffee that can be enjoyed on its own or paired with cake, milk chocolate and other sweets. It can also be paired with lemon drizzle cakes or vanilla sponges well.

We recommend the French Press method to brew this coffee. Preheating your vessel by adding water that has just boiled will keep it warm.
