Materials and Methods This prospective study evaluated three-dimensional T1-weighted spinal cord MRI scans in seropositive participants with NMOSDs and in age-matched healthy control participants acquired between February 2010 and July 2018. Binary masks of T1-hypointense lesions and lesion probability maps were produced. Cross-sectional area of the cervical and upper thoracic cord (down to T3 level) was calculated with the active-surface method. Full factorial models were used to assess cord atrophy in participants with NMOSDs. Correlations between cord atrophy and clinical and brain MRI measures were investigated with mul spectrum disorders, focal areas of spinal cord atrophy at MRI were topographically associated with lesions and correlated to motor and sensory disability. Materials and Methods In this HIPAA-compliant study, between December 2017 and August 2019, a colon phantom 30 cm in diameter containing 60 polyps of different shapes (spherical, ellipsoid, flat) and size groups (5-9 mm, 11-15 mm) was constructed and serially filled with simulated feces tagged with four different iodine concentrations (1.26, 2.45, 4.88, and 21.00 mg of iodine per milliliter), then it was scanned with dual-energy CT with and without an outer fat ring to simulate large body size (total diameter, 42 cm). Comparative performance benchmarks from true screening cohorts are needed. Purpose To determine the range of human first-reader performance measures within a population-based screening cohort of 1 million screening mammograms to gauge the performance of emerging AI CAD systems. Materials and Methods This retrospective study consisted of all screening mammograms in women aged 40-74 years in Stockholm County, Sweden, who underwent screening with full-field digital mammography between 2008 and 2015. There were 110 interpreting radiologists, of whom 24 were defined as high-volume readers (ie, those who interpreted more than 5000 annual screening mammograms). A true-positive finding was defined as the presence of a pathology-confirmed cancer within 12 months. Performance benchmarks included sensitivity and specificity, examined per quartile of radiologists' pes showed a wide range of performance differences between high-volume readers.
