Taylors Lazy Sunday coffee beans are slow-roasted to develop the aromas of creamy milk chocolate and gentle citrus to create a soft, easy-going character. This smooth roast is ideal for relaxing your mind and muscles, whether you're relaxing during a hectic weekday or winding up at the weekend.

Roasting
Lazy Sunday is light roast that is easy to drink. It mellows, and turns into an opulent hug to your senses. The cocoa sourced from Latin America is used to smooth the brew while Africa adds citrus notes for balance. The result is a coffee that can be consumed on its own, with milk chocolate or cake. It would also compliment lemon drizzle cakes or simple vanilla sponges extremely well.
When brewing this coffee we recommend using the French Press method, preheating your vessel using some of the boiling water to ensure it is warm and ready to brew. After making the coffee, let it sit for 4 minutes. This ensures that all the grounds are saturated and are not over-extracted. The water should be pushed through by the plunger. Don't stir or stir the coffee as it can cause unpleasant elements to appear in the cup.

To brew your coffee, first heat up your French Press with off boil water. This will stop the coffee from becoming over extracted and resulting in undesirable elements in your drink. Then add your grounds and 250ml of off the boil water. Steep for four minutes, plunge, and enjoy.
