This smooth roast is ideal for relaxing your muscles and mind whether you're calming down during a hectic weekday or winding down on the weekend.

Roasting
As a light roast Lazy Sunday is gentle on the palate and softens into a warm hug for your senses. The cocoa sourced from Latin America is used to smooth out the brew, while Africa adds citrus notes for balance. The result is a coffee which can be enjoyed on its own or paired with cake, milk chocolate and other sweets. It is a great match with vanilla and lemon drizzle cakes. sponges.
beans 1kg recommend using the French Press method to brew this coffee. Heating your vessel by adding some water that has just boiled will keep it warm. After brewing, let the coffee sit for 4 minutes. This ensures that all the grounds are fully saturated and not over-extracted. The water should be forced through the grounds by the plunger. Do not stir or agitate the coffee, as this can lead to unpleasant elements in your cup.

The cocoa hints can be traced back to a winter's day spent on the sofa with an enjoyable book and a hug from the family. Prepare your French Press by using water that isn't yet at boiling point. This is recommended to stop the coffee from absorbing too much and forming undesirable elements in the drink. Then add your grounds and 250ml of water that has been taken off the boil. Steep for four minutes, plunge, and enjoy.
