Taylors Lazy Sunday coffee beans are slow-roasted to develop flavors of creamy milk chocolate and gentle citrus for a gentle, easy-going style. If you're pressed pause during a hectic weekday or winding down on the weekend, a little bit of this mellow roast can go a long way to relaxing your body and mind.
This delicious coffee is available in two 1kg bags. Suitable for espresso or filter. Taylors is a British company. Fairtrade certified. Vegan and vegetarian friendly.
Roasting
As Find Out More is a light roast that is easy on the palate and mellows into a warm hug for your senses. The cocoa influences from Latin America smooth the brew while Africa adds citrus notes to balance. The result is a cup that is delicious on its own or with cakes, milk chocolate or other sweets. It is a great match with lemon drizzle cakes and vanilla sponges.
When making this coffee, we recommend using the French Press method, preheating your vessel with some off the boiling water to ensure that it stays warm and ready for brewing. After the coffee is brewed, allow it to sit for 4 minutes, this ensures that the grounds are fully saturated and not over extracted. The water should be moved through the grounds using the plunger, but do not stir or stir the coffee, as this could lead to unpleasant elements in your cup.
Strength - 3 is a little softer and easygoing, great for relaxing weekends.

Lazy Sunday is an aromatic light roast with an uplifting scent of cocoa and citrus. It has a soft mouth feel that caresses the palette. The cocoa hints can be traced back to the winter days in the living room, reading a book and a warm family hug. Pre-heat your French Press by using water that isn't yet at boiling point. This is recommended to prevent the coffee from over extracting and forming unwanted elements in the drink. Add your grounds along with 250ml of water that has just been boiled. Then, after four minutes, you can take a plunge, and enjoy.
