The second area is allocated for battery standard testing comprising over 60 processes such as Charge & Discharge, Air Leak Test, Insulation Test and static load tests. The production line is capable of produce as many as fifty thousand Cell-To-Pack battery units annually, offering quality standards equivalent to batteries made on a global scale. Battery packs produced from this production facility will be initially deployed in MG4 ELECTRIC as well as other models going forward.
