Taylors Lazy Sunday coffee beans are slow-roasted to create flavors of creamy milk chocolate and a delicate citrus to create a soft, easy-going style. If you're pressed pause during the week or winding down on the weekend, a portion of this gentle roast will go a long ways to relax your mind and body.

Roasting
As a light roast, Lazy Sunday is soft on the palate, and then softens into a warm hug for your senses. The cocoa flavors from Latin America smooth the brew while Africa adds citrus notes to balance. The result is a coffee that is a great drink on its own, with cake or milk chocolate. It would complement lemon drizzle cakes and vanilla sponges.
We recommend using the French Press method to brew this coffee. Preheating your vessel by adding water that is just boiling will keep it warm. After brewing, let it sit for 4 minutes, this will ensure that the grounds are completely saturated and not over extracted. The water must be pushed through using the plunger. Don't stir or agitate your coffee, as this could cause unpleasant ingredients to appear in the cup.

Lazy Sunday is a mellow light roast with a sweet, citrus and cocoa scent. It has a soft mouthfeel that softens the palette. The cocoa-like notes can be traced back to a winter's day spent on the sofa with an enjoyable book and an embrace from the family. To brew the coffee first heat up your French Press with off boil water. This is recommended to stop the coffee from absorbing too much and forming undesirable elements in the drink.
