Six characteristics were identified to possess relative importance to classify injurious tackles. This included 'tackler twisted ball carrier's legs when legs were planted on ground', 'the tackler and ball carrier collide heads', 'the tackler used body weight to tackle ball carrier', 'the tackler has obvious control of the ball carrier' 'the tackler was approaching tackle sub-maximally' and 'tackler's arms were below shoulder level, elbows were flexed'. The study identified tackle characteristics that can be modified in attempt to reduce injury. Additional injury data are needed to establish relationship networks of characteristics and analyse specific injuries. In this regard, molecular modeling approaches are highly useful to discover potential inhibitors of the main protease (Mpro) enzyme of SARS-CoV-2. Since, the Mpro enzyme plays key roles in mediating viral replication and transcription; therefore, it is considered as an attractive drug target to control SARS-CoV-2 infection. By using structure-based drug design, pharmacophore modeling, and virtual high throughput drug screening combined with docking and all-atom molecular dynamics simulation approach, we have identified five potential inhibitors of SARS-CoV-2 Mpro. MD simulation studies revealed that compound 54035018 binds to the Mpro with high affinity (ΔGbind -37.40 kcal/mol), and the complex is more stable in comparison with other protein-ligand complexes. We have identified promising leads to fight COVID-19 infection as these compounds fulfill all drug-likeness properties. Sarma.The hexachlorocyclotriphosphaze compound (N3P3Cl6, HCCP) was reacted with excess (E)-(1-(4'-oxyphenyl)-3-(substituted-phenyl)prop-2-en-1-ones (2-11) to produce hexakis[(1-(4-oxyphenyl)-3-(substituted-phenyl)prop-2-en-1-one)]cyclotriphosphazenes (CP 2-11). The structures of products (CP 2-11) were confirmed using elemental analysis, FT-IR, MS spectral analysis as well as 31P, 1H and 13C-APT NMR techniques and their thermal properties determined by TGA and DSC techniques. The HOMO-LUMO energy gap and chemical reactivity identifiers were calculated and HOMO and LUMO images were viewed. According to the calculations, all the chemical potential values of CP 2-11 are negative and it shown that the molecules are stable. The in vitro cytotoxic of CP 2-11 investigated and their activity potentials were evaluated by molecular docking studies with Autodock Vina softwares. CP 2-11 compounds were found to demonstrate cytotoxic activity against human cancer cell lines (A2780, LNCaP and PC-3). The CP 2-11 compounds reduced the cell viability against all cancer cell lines in the range 36%-90% especially.
