A tip: Prior to you add your grounds, pre-heat the press with a little of the boil water, as if the coffee comes in contact with hot water too rapidly, it could over extract and create undesirable elements in the cup.

Taylors Lazy Sunday coffee beans are slow-roasted to develop flavors of creamy milk chocolate and a delicate citrus for a gentle, easy-going style. This roast is perfect to relax your muscles and mind whether you're calming down during a hectic weekday, or winding down on the weekend.
This delicious brew is available in 2 x 1kg bags. Suitable for espresso or filter. Taylors is a British business. Fairtrade certified. Vegan and vegetarian sustainable.
Roasting
As a light roast Lazy Sunday is gentle on the palate, and then softens into a warm hug for your senses. The cocoa influences of Latin America smooth the brew whilst Africa brings citrus hints to bring balance. The result is a drink that is a great drink on its own, with cake or milk chocolate. It can also be paired with lemon drizzle cakes or simple vanilla sponges very well.
When brewing this coffee we recommend using the French Press method, preheating your vessel with some off the boiling water to keep it warm and ready for brewing. After brewing, let the coffee infuse for 4 minutes. This will ensure that all the grounds are saturated and are not over-extracted. The water is then moved through the grounds using the plunger, but do not stir or stir the coffee, as this could result in unpleasant components in your cup.
