This sophisticated roast is inspired by the sophisticated blends found in Northern Italy. We select chocolatey beans from Brazil and subtly sweet beans from Africa and Central America. Then we roast them until they're rich and refined. The result is a delicious cup whether you're looking for an early morning jolt or a moment of calm contemplation. All brewing methods are suitable. Once opened, seal with a clip and then store in a dry, cool place.

Ingredients
Ciao Amici is an elegant coffee that draws its inspiration and cues from the elegant blends in Northern Italy. It's a bold blend of dark chocolate, almonds and espresso, influenced by the roasting style of the region. It's a sophisticated coffee that will make you feel and look great after dinner. Made from 100 percent Arabica beans grown at higher altitudes, which gives them a less bitter taste, this is a coffee for the big occasions.
Use this product with an espresso grinder or filter. You can also use a coffee maker or a cafetiere. Put the amount of beans you'll need into your grinder. Use one dessert spoon per cup.
Storage
The beans in this package are from all over the world and as the result, you'll get a diverse selection of tastes. Mexico offers hazelnuts and toasty bread, Colombia adds spice and dried fruits and Brazil highlights vanilla and dark chocolate. The coffee is organic and Fairtrade so you can be confident about purchasing it. After opening, the beans can be kept in a plastic bag that can be resealable for up to 2 weeks. The used grounds can be composted at home, or put in the food waste bin.
