Postnatal Exercise Spouses Research (PEEPS): an airplane pilot randomized test of an dyadic physical exercise input pertaining to postpartum moms as well as a mate.
This article gives an overview of the migration of EDCs from PPMs and control measures to reduce the risk of adverse impacts on human health.The development of cardiometabolic diseases is related to conditions such as obesity, abdominal fat, insulin resistance, diabetes mellitus, elevated blood pressure and changes in lipid profile. The whole of Trans Fatty Acid (TFA) intake is associated with the increase of cardiometabolic risk factors. There are two main sources of TFA, the ruminant TFA (rTFA) which are produced by biohydrogenation in animal's rumen, and the industrial TFA (iTFA), produced by hydrogenation of vegetable oils, the individual effect of each group is still controversial. The aim of this study was to analyze the effect of industrially and ruminants TFA intake on cardiometabolic risk in adults. It was carried out a systematic search of the literature in October 2019 and two independent authors selected and extracted data from articles. After the selection process, nine clinical trials were included, and summary tables were constructed to present data for all outcomes. The results showed that both sources of TFA can increase cardiometabolic risk parameters, especially lipid profile. At levels up to 1.5%-7% of energy, the effect of rTFA seems to be greater than iTFA and it seems to be greater in women. However, rTFA seems to be less harmful than iTFA for High Density Lipoprotein cholesterol, although for total cholesterol and Low density Lipoprotein cholesterol it may be worse. In summary, both sources of TFA can increase cardiometabolic risk parameters, especially lipid profile. However, the dose of TFA and the whole composition of the food must be considered.The epigenome is an overall epigenetic state of an organism, which is as important as that of the genome for normal development and functioning of an individual. Epigenetics involves heritable but reversible changes in gene expression through alterations in DNA methylation, histone modifications and regulation of non-coding RNAs in cells, without any change in the DNA sequence. Epigenetic changes are owned by various environmental factors including pollution, microbiota and diet, which have profound effects on epigenetic modifiers. The bioactive compounds present in the diet mainly include curcumin, resveratrol, catechins, quercetin, genistein, sulforaphane, epigallocatechin-3-gallate, alkaloids, vitamins, and peptides. Bioactive compounds released during fermentation by the action of microbes also have a significant effect on the host epigenome. Besides, recent studies have explored the new insights in vitamin's functions through epigenetic regulation. These bioactive compounds exert synergistic, preventive and therapeutic effects when combined as well as when used with chemotherapeutic agents. Therefore, these compounds have potential of therapeutic agents that could be used as "Epidrug" to treat many inflammatory diseases and various cancers where chemotherapy results have many side effects. In this review, the effect of diet derived bioactive compounds through epigenetic modulations on in vitro and in vivo models is discussed.
Positron emission tomography (PET) findings for gliomatosis and lymphomatosis have been rarely reported.

To compare PET/computed tomography (CT) findings using
C-methionine (MET) from PET/CT findings using
F-fluorodeoxy glucose (FDG) for patients with lymphomatosis or gliomatosis of the brain.

Participants comprised all 10 patients with lymphomatosis or gliomatosis of the brain treated at our institution in the past 12 years. Underlying pathologies comprised intravascular lymphoma (n = 1), lymphomatosis (n = 3), and gliomatosis (n = 6). All cases were pathologically diagnosed. In seven patients, both MET-PET/CT and FDG-PET/CT were performed simultaneously in a single study. PenicillinStreptomycin In three patients, only FDG-PET/CT was performed. The degree of tracer accumulation to the lesion was evaluated qualitatively. Quantitatively, the ratio of maximum standard uptake value (SUV
) in tumor to that in normal tissue (T/N ratio) was measured and compared between FDG and MET.

Qualitatively, MET accumulated to part of the lesion in six of seven patients and almost all of the lesion in one in seven patients. FDG accumulated to part of the lesion in three of ten patients and almost all of the lesion in one of ten patients. No FDG accumulation was seen in the lesion in six patients. Quantitatively, mean ± SD T/N ratio was significantly higher with MET (2.11 ± 0.63) than with FDG (1.18 ± 0.84;
 < 0.05, Wilcoxon signed-rank test).

In lymphomatosis and gliomatosis, FDG accumulates in only part of the lesion. FDG is thus less suitable than MET for depicting these lesions.

Retaining the health workforce in rural areas is a global problem. Job dissatisfaction or work-related distress are among the factors that drive doctors to leave rural places. Resilience has been recognised as a key component of wellbeing and is associated with better satisfaction with life. Building personal resilience has the benefits of lowering vulnerability to work-related adversity. This study examined the association between rural doctors' personal resilience and the duration of rural practice.

This cross-sectional study was set in a rural province in Indonesia. A total sampling procedure was implemented. A total of 528 participants responded to an online survey. The survey tool measured six dimensions of a resilience profile (determination, endurance, adaptability, recuperability, comfort zone and life calling) and collected personal data such as date of birth, practice location and duration of rural practice experience. These participants were classified into four groups intern, gd rural doctor retention. It suggests that resilience is partly associated with rural doctor retention. Further studies are needed to examine the causal relationship between resilience and retention.
Falls among the elderly are prevalent but preventable. There is a knowledge gap regarding the factors causing recurrent injurious falls among the elderly, especially in tribal areas. The aim of the present study was to find out the incidence of injurious falls among elderly participants and measure the effect of selected predictors on recurrent injurious falls.

A longitudinal observational study was conducted among 536 community-dwelling elderly individuals residing in 16 tribal dominated villages under two community development blocks of North 24-Parganas, West Bengal, India from December 2017 to January 2019. Participants were followed up for 1 year. The predictors of recurrent injurious falls were assessed through Prentice, Williams and Peterson Gap Time hazard model.

The mean age of the participants at the baseline was 69.16 (±2.95) years. The majority were male (55.60%), with sedentary physical activity (49.63%). At baseline, history of injurious fall in the preceding 1 year was present in 37.
