The chocolatey, nutty flavours of this coffee come from its high-altitude home deep in the Inca heartland. This Fairtrade Organic & Soil Association certified coffee is grown at 1,400m above sea level in the Chanchamayo province of Peru where Arabica Caturra, Typica and Pache varieties are grown according to Washed Process standards without the use of chemical fertilisers and pesticides.

These organic and fair trade coffee beans are picked by hand at the slopes of the Andes and then expertly roasted for a full-bodied flavor. The nutty flavor, paired with dark chocolate overtones will make you want to get out of your bed every morning.

Cafedirect has been working with smallholder farmers for over 30 years. They invest more than half of their products in the farming communities across the globe to create positive social and environmental impacts.

The beans were carefully selected from the lush foothills of the mystical and legendary Inca Heartland in the Peruvian Andes. They were then expertly roasted to give a full flavour.
