Afterward, they rewatched the video and inferred the thoughts and feelings of their partners. The study employed OpenPose, 2D pose estimation software of human body, to quantify posture and bodily movement, which were used to determine coordination. The results indicated that behavior matching was positively associated with empathic accuracy, whereas rhythmic convergence in synchrony was negatively associated with accuracy in female dyads. The additional analysis explored the temporal relationship between coordination and accuracy, which indicated a cause-effect tendency during interactions.
This retrospective patient survey aimed to assess the prevalence of temporomandibular disorders (TMD) before and after curative oncological treatment and to identify possible risk factors.

Patients with squamous cell carcinoma in the tonsil or base of the tongue were included (
 = 217). Medical records were collected to assess TMD prevalence before oncological treatment and at 6- and 12-month follow-up. Fisher's test and Pitman's test were used.

Significantly reduced mouth opening was observed after oncological treatment at 6- and 12-month follow-up (
 < .001). Symptoms from the temporomandibular joint and jaw muscles plus pain upon palpation (
 = .0083,
 < .001, respectively) and self-reported pain upon chewing (<0.001) and opening the mouth (<0.001) increased 12 months following radiotherapy. Pain and degree of mouth opening prior to treatment, self-reported depression, overall health status, brachytherapy and jaw exercise during radiotherapy were factors affecting the increase of TMD symptoms.

The results showed that, among the six types of constructed wetlands, hydraulic parameters of horizontal subsurface flow constructed wetlands with baffles had the best performance, with a tracer recovery rate (F(t)) reaching 43.67% and hydraulic efficiency (λ) reaching 0.81. The addition of baffles slowed flow velocity, increased mean hydraulic retention time (Tm) and peak residence time (Tp), and reduced the short circuits phenomenon. The velocity of internal water flow increased during the horizontal and vertical deflections, which could well avoid the stagnation phenomenon caused by complicated flow state, thereby improving the hydraulic efficiency (λ). AbstractAtopic dermatitis (AD) is characterized by progressive skin inflammation. In addition, sulforaphane is an isothiocyanate organosulfur compound from cruciferous vegetables. Sulforaphane was reported to ameliorate inflammatory responses. Therefore, this study was conducted to evaluate protective effects of sulforaphane in AD through affecting the balance between pro-inflammatory and anti-inflammatory cytokines and to evaluate its effect on AD-induced activation of apoptotic pathway. The method of repeated rubbing of 2,4-dinitrochlorobenzene (DNCB) on shaved dorsal skin and ears of mice was used for induction of AD. After development of AD, part of mice was injected with 1 mg/kg sulforaphane, subcutaneously three times weekly. Samples of skin was isolated for assessment of gene and protein expression of 8-hydroxy2'-deoxyguanosine, IgE, NFκB, TNF-α, IL-1β, IL-4, IL-10, Nrf2 and caspase-3. In addition, skin sections from different groups were stained with anti-caspase-3 antibodies. Mice in AD group were characterized by increased gene and protein expression of 8-hydroxy2'-deoxyguanosine, IgE, NFκB, TNF-α, IL-1β and caspase-3 associated with reduced expression of Nrf2, IL-4 and IL-10. Treatment of AD mice with sulforaphane significantly reduced the number of scratches, dermatitis score and ear thickness. We identified common and unique barriers and facilitators of evidence-based suicide prevention practices across primary care practices with integrated behavioral health services and specialty mental health settings to identify generalizable strategies for enhancing future implementation efforts.

Twenty-six clinicians and practice leaders from behavioral health (
 = 2 programs) and primary care (
 = 4 clinics) settings participated. Participation included a semi-structured qualitative interview on barriers and facilitators to implementing evidence-based suicide prevention practices. Within that interview, clinicians participated in a chart-stimulated recall exercise to gather additional information about decision making regarding suicide screening. Interview guides and qualitative coding were informed by leading frameworks in implementation science and behavioral science, and an integrated approach to interpreting qualitative results was used.

There were a number of similar themes associated with implementation of suicide prevention practices across settings and clinician types, such as the benefits of inter-professional collaboration and uncertainties about managing suicidality once risk was disclosed.
