LncRNA LUADT1 is actually Upregulated within Top layer Cell Lymphoma along with Modulates TRIM11 by Washing miR-24-3p to be able to Prevent Mobile Apoptosis.
2 fl (regression coefficient = 0.008, 95% CI 0.1, 0.4). Conclusion Macrocytic anemia may be a reliable predictor for mortality because it is closely related to the degree of liver damage in patients with decompensated HBV associated cirrhosis. Background Warfarin is a commonly used oral anticoagulant. It has a narrow therapeutic window and wide variation in individualized dosing, and is used clinically for the treatment of thromboembolic diseases. Due to the widespread use of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) in China and the complex composition and diverse mechanisms of action of TCM, the combination of TCM and warfarin in patients has led to fluctuations in the international normalized ratio of warfarin or bleeding. To ensure rational clinical use, we summarize the TCMs with which warfarin interacts and the possible mechanisms, with a view to providing a clinical reference. Aim of the study To summarize the mechanisms by which Chinese herbal medicines affect the enhancement or weakening of the anticoagulant effect of warfarin, to provide theoretical references for clinicians and pharmacists to use warfarin safely and rationally, and to avoid the adverse effects associated with the combination of Chinese herbal medicines and warfarin. Methods A cnd clinical studies, and should be the focus of future research. Conclusion With the widespread use of TCM, the combination of warfarin and TCM is more common. This article will promote clinicians' knowledge and understanding of the TCMs which interact with warfarin, in order to avoid the occurrence of adverse clinical treatment processes, and improve the efficacy and safety.Genus Sanguisorba (family Rosaceae) comprises nearly 148 species, distributed widely across the temperate and subtropical regions of the Northern Hemisphere. Sanguisorba officinalis L. (S. officinalis) has been used as a hemostatic and scald treating medicine in China for a long time. Numerous studies have demonstrated that plant extracts or monomers from S. officinalis exhibit several pharmacological effects, such as anti-cancer, anti-virus, anti-inflammation, anti-bacteria, neuroprotective and hepatoprotective effects. The other species of genus Sanguisorba are also being studied by researchers worldwide. Sanguisorba minor Scop. (S. minor), as an edible wild plant, is a common ingredient of the Mediterranean diet, and its young shoots and leaves are often mixed with traditional vegetables and consumed as salad. Reports on genus Sanguisorba available in the current literature were collected from Google Scholar, Web of Science, Springer, and PubMed. The Plant List (http//www.theplantlist.org./tpl1.1/search?q=used by bone marrow suppression. Moreover, the rich contents and biological effects of S. officinalis and S. minor facilitate these applications in dietary supplements and cosmetics. Therefore, the purpose of this review is to summarize the recent advances in the traditional uses, chemical constituents, pharmacological effects and clinical applications of genus Sanguisorba. The present comprehensive review may provide new insights for the future research on genus Sanguisorba.Purpose Arrhythmia which as a common complication of CHD, has a high incidence. At present, more and more anti-arrhythmic drugs are used in clinical practice. However, which drug has the best efficacy and high safety is still unknown. Therefore, we decided to use NMA to solve this problem. Method We searched CNKI, Wanfang database, VIP database, Pubmed, Embase and Cochrane libraries, and collected all RCTs of arrhythmia of CHD, and used RevMan (5.3) and Stata (13.0) to carry out this NMA. The primary outcome indicator of this study is efficiency; the secondary outcome indicator is the incidence of adverse reactions. Result A total of 134 RCTs, 13,951 patients, and 11 treatment strategies were included in this NMA. The results show that all treatment strategies can effectively improve the arrhythmia of patients. Among them, PMA+AM, AM+AT, AM+WG have higher effective rates, and PMA+AM, WG+ME, SC+ME have better safety. p-Hydroxy-cinnamic Acid nmr The effectiveness and safety of the treatment strategies which combined TCM and chemical drugs, are significantly better than that of using chemical drugs alone. Conclusion The treatment strategy of combination of multiple drugs usually has higher efficiency and safety. PMA+AM seems to be the most recommended treatment strategy. In addition, the rational combination of TCM and chemical drugs may provide potential benefit. IBD is characterized by courses of relapse and remission, and remains incurable. Although multiple factors are related to the pathogenesis of IBD, disruption of intestinal mucosa homeostasis has been proposed to be a major contributor to IBD, and abnormal activation of immune cells is key for initiation of the inflammatory response. Macrophages are the most abundant immune cells in the intestine. Once activated, they are responsible for secretion of pro-inflammatory cytokines and chemokines to attract circulating monocytes to inflammatory sites, exacerbating the inflammatory response, and leading to tissue damage. Therefore, the suppression of activated macrophages, cytokine/chemokine production, and subsequent monocyte chemotaxis possesses great potential for the treatment of IBD. In our study, we have demonstrated the inhibitory effect of Centipeda minima total extract (CME) on the activation of NF-κB, STAT3, and MAPK signaling in LPS-stimulated RAW264.7 macrophages. In addition, we identified the significant suppressive effect of CME on CCL8 expression in activated macrophages, which potentially contributed to inhibition of monocyte chemotaxis. In the DSS-induced acute colitis mouse model, we have demonstrated the suppressive effect of CME on intestinal macrophage infiltration and its ameliorative effect in IBD. Altogether, we have provided evidence of the therapeutic effect of CME in IBD and the potential of CME for the treatment of IBD.Osteoarthritis (OA) is histopathologically marked by extracellular matrix (ECM) degradation in joint cartilage. Abnormal mechanical stimulation on joint cartilage may result in ECM degeneration and OA development. Matrix metalloproteinase 13 (MMP-13) is one of the catabolic enzymes contributing to the degradation of ECM, and it has become the potential biomarker for the therapeutic management of OA. Xanthohumol (XH), a naturally occurring prenylflavonoid derived from hops and beer, shows the protective activity against OA development. However, the potential mechanisms still need great effort. In this article, mechanical stimulation could significantly increase the expression of MMP-13 and lncRNA GAS5 (GAS5) and promoting ECM degradation. These could be effectively reversed by XH administration. Suppressed expression GAS5 ameliorated mechanical stimulation-induced MMP-13 expression. MiR-27a was predicted and verified as a target of GAS5, and overexpression of miR-27a down regulated the expression of MMP-13. Collectively, XH exhibited protective effects against mechanical stimulation-induced ECM degradation by mediating the GAS5/miR-27a signaling pathway in OA chondrocytes.Atopic dermatitis (AD) is a chronic inflammatory skin disease characterized by complex immune dysregulation and closely related to the gut microbiome. The present study investigated the microbiome-mediated effect of Sihocheonggan-Tang (SHCGT) on AD-like symptoms induced by 2,4-dinitrochlorobenzene (DNCB) in BALB/c mice. DNCB was applied regularly to the ear and dorsal skin of BALB/c mice, and SHCGT was administered orally daily for 2 weeks. The composition of the gut microbiota was analyzed using 16S rRNA sequencing, and the effect of gut microbiome-derived metabolites, specifically short-chain fatty acids (SCFAs), was evaluated in tumor necrosis factor-alpha (TNF-α)- and interferon-gamma (IFN-γ)-treated HaCaT cells. SHCGT alleviated DNCB-induced symptoms of AD and the immune response to AD by decreasing the plasma immunoglobulin E level and splenic interleukin-4, interleukin-10, TNF-α, and IFN-γ levels. The gut microbiome composition and the damaged gut epithelial barrier in mice with AD were also significantly altered by SHCGT, and the reduced SCFA levels therein were elevated. We found that SFCAs directly inhibited the mRNA expression of IL-6 and ICAM-1 in TNF-α- and INF-γ-treated HaCaT cells. The finding that SHCGT regulates the gut microbiome and improves DNCB-induced AD in mice suggests that this herbal medicine has therapeutic potential in patients with AD.Aceclofenac (ACE), a cyclooxygenase-2 inhibitor, is the derivative of the diclofenac group that has been in use for the symptomatic treatment of systemic inflammatory autoimmune disease, rheumatoid arthritis (RA). Partial solubility, high lipophilic nature, and stability challenge its use in developing topical formulations. Hence, we developed and characterized nanostructured lipid carrier (NLC)-based ACE (ACE-NLC) hydrogel for an efficient transdermal delivery. NLC microemulsion was prepared using different lipids by various methods and was characterized with respect to particle size, zeta potential, surface morphology, and drug encapsulation efficiency. The optimized NLC formulation was incorporated into Carbopol® 940 gel, and this arrangement was characterized and compared with the existing marketed gel (Mkt-gel) formulation to assess in vitro drug release, rheology, texture profile, in vivo skin retention and permeation, and stability. Furthermore, prepared and characterized ACE-loaded NLC formulation was evaluated for skin integrity and fitted in a dermatokinetic model. The results of this study confirmed the spherical shape; smooth morphology and nanometric size attested by Zetasizer and scanning and transmission electron microcopy; and stability of the ACE-NLC formulation. The ACE-NLC-gel formulation showed good rheological and texture characteristics, and better skin distribution in the epidermis and dermis. Moreover, ACE-NLC permeated deeper in the skin layers and kept the skin integrity intact. Overall, NLC-based gel formulation of ACE might be a promising nanoscale lipid carrier for topical application when compared with the conventional Mkt-gel formulation.Introduction Bevacizumab-containing therapy is considered a standard-of-care front-line option for stage IIIB-IV ovarian cancer based on results of randomized phase 3 trials. The multicenter non-interventional ENCOURAGE prospective cohort study assessed treatment administration and outcomes in the French real-world setting. Patients and Methods Eligible patients were aged ≥ 18 years with planned bevacizumab-containing therapy for newly diagnosed ovarian cancer. The primary objective was to assess the safety profile of front-line bevacizumab in routine clinical practice; secondary objectives were to describe patient characteristics, indications/contraindications for bevacizumab, treatment regimens and co-medications, follow-up and monitoring, progression-free survival, and treatment at recurrence. In this non-interventional study, treatment was administered as chosen by the investigator and participation in the trial had no influence on the management of the disease. Results Of 1,290 patients screened between April 2013 and February 2015, 468 were eligible.
