This article has first presented an overview and a brief design to the system, and then analyzed the system design goal and design principle. The role of the resource representation model in the Internet of Things is more important than the significance of the database schema for the web information system. In the current "vertical" application model, the device resources of the perception layer and the application entities of the business layer are in a tightly coupled relationship. In the process of system operation, it changes flexibly as the situation changes. This article will combine the characteristics of resources in the Internet of Things, from the perspectives of resources and services, and refer to the basic structure of the traditional Internet resource reference model OWL-S to appropriately expand and tailor it, and describe the relationship between Internet of Things device resources and application services. Therefore, the resource representation model oriented to the Internet of Things serviceent strategy of the industrial design industry in the era of intelligent interconnection through analysis tools of industrial strategy reveals the new trend of industrial design in the era of intelligent interconnection. The analysis and formulation of industrial strategy are complicated, and it is a systematic project involving all aspects. The rational use of corresponding strategic analysis tools can further enhance the scientificity and rationality of industrial design strategy.In this modern era, each and everything is computerized, and everyone has their own smart gadgets to communicate with others around the globe without any range limitations. Most of the communication pathways belong to smart applications, call options in smartphones, and other multiple ways, but e-mail communication is considered the main professional communication pathway, which allows business people as well as commercial and noncommercial organizations to communicate with one another or globally share some important official documents and reports. This global pathway attracts many attackers and intruders to do a scam with such innovations; in particular, the intruders generate false messages with some attractive contents and post them as e-mails to global users. This kind of unnecessary and not needed advertisement or threatening mails is considered as spam mails, which usually contain advertisements, promotions of a concern or institution, and so on. These mails are also considered or called junk mails, whmail spam is considered in many past researches and attains some solutions, but in case of voice-based e-mail aspect, there will be no options to manage such kind of security parameters. In this paper, a hybrid data processing mechanism is handled with respect to both text-enabled and voice-enabled e-mails, which is called Genetic Decision Tree Processing with Natural Language Processing (GDTPNLP). This proposed approach provides a way of identifying the e-mail spam in both textual e-mails and speech-enabled e-mails. The proposed approach of GDTPNLP provides higher spam detection rate in terms of text extraction speed, performance, cost efficiency, and accuracy. These all will be explained in detail with graphical output views in the Results and Discussion.Graphics innovation must adapt to the changing trends of the times in order to stay ahead of the curve. This article investigates the use of graphic vision in print advertising design, using image segmentation as a starting point and examines the current state of visual innovation in print advertising graphic design and its various expressions and applications. A series of homogeneous regions are generated and outlined using an image segmentation algorithm based on adaptive local threshold. The user then paints different colors on the area sets that make up the various targets. Finally, the image segmentation is completed by merging the color mark region sets. Automatic extraction of the initial curve of an active contour model, construction of an active contour model based on saliency and level set solution, automatic selection of training samples when a classifier is used for image segmentation, and so on are all problems that this method effectively solves. Experiments show that this algorithm not only satisfies users' demands for more intuitive input and more accurate interactive image segmentation results but also enables multiregion and multitarget image segmentation with ease.Glass reflection and refraction lead to missing and distorted object feature data, affecting the accuracy of object detection. In order to solve the above problems, this paper proposed a glass refraction distortion object detection via abstract features. The number of parameters of the algorithm is reduced by introducing skip connections and expansion modules with different expansion rates. The abstract feature information of the object is extracted by binary cross-entropy loss. Meanwhile, the abstract feature distance between the object domain and source domain is reduced by a loss function, which improves the accuracy of object detection under glass interference. To verify the effectiveness of the algorithm in this paper, the GRI dataset is produced and made public on GitHub. The algorithm of this paper is compared with the current state-of-the-art Deep Face, VGG Face, TBE-CNN, DA-GAN, PEN-3D, LMZMPM, and the average detection accuracy of our algorithm is 92.57% at the highest, and the number of parameters is only 5.13 M.Considering that collision accidents happen sometimes, it is necessary to predict the collision risk to ensure navigation safety. Experiments show that PSO-LSTM neural network can effectively predict collision risk and provide a reference for navigation safety.Recommender systems provide users with product information and suggestions, which has gradually become an important research tool in e-commerce IT technology, which has attracted a lot of attention of researchers. Collaborative filtering recommendation technology has been the most successful recommendation technology so far, but there are two major problems-recommendation quality and scalability. At present, research at home and abroad mainly focuses on recommendation quality, and there is less discussion on scalability. The scalability problem is that as the size of the system increases, the response time of the system increases to a point where users cannot afford it. Existing solutions often result in a significant drop in recommendation quality while reducing recommendation response time. In this paper, the clustering analysis subsystem based on the genetic algorithm is innovatively introduced into the traditional collaborative filtering recommendation system, and its design and implementation are given. In addition, when obtaining the nearest neighbors, only the clustered users of the target user are searched, making it a collaborative filtering recommender system based on genetic clustering. The experimental results show that the response time of the traditional collaborative filtering recommender system increases linearly with the increase in the number of users while the response time of the collaborative filtering recommender system based on genetic clustering remains unchanged with the increase in the number of users. On the other hand, the recommendation quality of the collaborative filtering recommender system based on genetic clustering is basically not degraded compared with that of the traditional collaborative filtering recommender system. Therefore, the collaborative filtering recommender system based on genetic clustering can effectively solve the scalability problem of the collaborative filtering recommender system.Train drivers' inattention, including fatigue and distraction, impairs their ability to drive and is the major risk factor for human-caused train accidents. Many experts have undertaken numerous studies on train driver exhaustion and distraction, but a systematic study is still missing. Through a systematic review, this work aims to outline the types, risk factors, consequences, and detection methods of train driver fatigue and distraction. The effects of central nervous fatigue and cognitive distraction in train drivers during driving are caused by rest and sleep schedules, workload, automation levels, and mobile phones. Furthermore, train drivers' fatigue and distraction can cause loss of concentration and slow reaction, resulting in dangerous driving behaviour such as speeding and SPAD. Researchers have combined subjective reporting, physiological parameters, and physical factors to construct detection algorithms with good results to detect train driver fatigue and distraction. This review offers recommendations for researchers looking into train driver fatigue and distraction. And it can also make valuable recommendations for future studies about railway traffic safety.Digital twins (DTs) can realize the integration of information and entities. It is widely used because of its simulation characteristics and virtual reality (VR) mapping. Its application to industrial product management and control is explored. First, the concept and the functions in different stages of DTs are expounded. Second, the Workench simulation platform and SolidWorks software are applied in the design of the aluminum alloy flange according to DTs in the design stage of industrial product management and control. Third, the role of DTs in industrial product management and control is confirmed through a comparative experiment. Finally, an intelligent algorithm for the automatic identification of internal defects is designed based on lightweight deep learning to improve the efficiency of ultrasonic detection. The results show that the accuracy of the lightweight convolution neural network (CNN) is 94.1%; the model size is 2.9 MB; the network is more lightweight and has an excellent performance in ultrasonic defect detection; the nonlinear finite element analysis results and the test results are consistent. Therefore, it is proved that the finite element analysis method is reliable and helps to improve the efficiency and shorten the design cycle. The emergence of DTs provides a technical scheme for product management and control under the three-dimensional model.
