Five lines (8261112, 8261119, 8261133, 8261588, and 8261634) were identified to be highly resistant to the disease just like Tog7291 and Gigante. The study also revealed 24 lines that were resistant but not grouping with Tog7291 and Gigante, whereas 100 moderately resistant lines clustered with the moderately resistance check CRI-Amankwatia in a distinct group. Forty-three (43) susceptible lines were identified with the susceptible check Jasmine 85 falling in this group. No highly susceptible line was identified. The newly idenfied resistant genotypes can be used by breeders to develop RYMV resistant varieties. The study objective was to seek the role of utilizing academic electronic books on Ajman University undergraduate students' achievement and faculty members viewpoints about their use. The study participants were 91 students, split into two groups the first group was empirical (46) and the other group was control (45) plus 220 members of the faculty. A performance test and a questionnaire were designed and implemented as tools of study. The results detected significant differences among both the empirical groups and the control groups, for the benefit of the empirical group; and faculty members exhibited highly favorable perspectives on the use of academic electronic books at their university. Faculty members' perceptions varied according to gender, college, and experience teaching, but the academic rank showed no influence. The present article is aimed to investigate influence of the heating rate, temperature (T), pressure (P) on the structure and phase transition of amorphous Ni material with heating rate 2 × 105, 2 × 106 and 2 × 107 K/s at T = 300 K; T = 300, 400, 500, 600, 700, 800, 900 and 1000 K at heating rate 2 × 106 K/s; T = 300, 621 and 900 K at P = 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 GPa by molecular dynamics simulation method with Sutton-Chen embedded potential and periodic boundary conditions. The structure of amorphous Ni material determined through the radial distribution function, the total energy, the size and the average coordination number. The phase transition and the glass transition temperature determined through the relationship between the total energy and temperature. The result shows that when the heating rate increases, the first peak's position for the radial distribution function is 2.45 Å and a constant, the first peak's height, the total energy and the size increase, the average coordination number decreases from 13 to 12. When temperature increases from 300 to 1000 K at P = 0 GPa, the position decreases from 2.45 Å to 2.40 Å, the average coordination number is 13 and a constant, glass transition temperature is 631 K, the total energy increases, the size increases and happens the phase transition from the amorphous state to the liquid state. When pressure increases from 0 GPa to 5 GPa at T = 300, 621 and 900 K, the position decreases, the height increases, the total energy increases, the size decreases, the average coordination number decreases from 13 to 12, that shows with amorphous Ni material when increasing heating rate, T, P lead to structural change, phase transition of materials is significant.A comparative study has been depicted between the contour and topographic watershed segmentation approach for short-axis 5D cardiac sequences with MRI for medical decision. The fifth dimension has been defined as the excitation of pixels based on the gray scale around the myocardium without consideration of the morphological structure of the heart in 3D and fourth dimension (time). Three patients were performed the first is healthy, the second has a genetic disease, and the third had a heart failure syndrome for a dimension ROI = 150mm, average age is 54 years old, and mean of weight = 86 kg. A contouring and watershed segmentation algorithm for a sample of 63 Cine Fiesta MRI sequences for short-axis cuts with Matlab and its in-box toolbox complements was implemented. For a healthy patient 13.4% tolerance rate for the estimation of the stroke fraction, 6.4% for a patient with genetic disease, 8.7% error rate for a patient with heart failure symptom. The results show that the regurgitation fraction by the contour approach for a patient case with symptom of the presence of a genetic disease is 0.0335% for an aortic valve, 0.248% for a mitral valve, an error rate 0.16% for estimating this parameter for the aortic orifice with the watershed segmentation approach. In return, for a patient with suspected heart failure (stenosis or regurgitation) the regurgitation fraction is estimated by 0% for aortic valve, 1.49 e + 03% for a mitral valve, an error rate 11.76% compared to the watershed segmentation approach. The results are validated clinically. The Optimization of the topographic watershed approach with mutual information was simulated for the extraction of measurements (ejection fraction, regurgitation rate) within the left ventricle for three patient types (healthy, genetic pathology and heart failure). The results are considered interesting compared to the clinical assessment.Alzheimer's disease is a progressive neurodegenerative disorder. In this disease neurodegeneration occurs due to deposition of aggregated amyloid-beta plaques and neurofibrillary tangles (hyperphosphorylated tau proteins). Present study focuses on interaction of different phytochemicals with presenilin stabilization factor like protein (PSFL). PSFL protein is known to stabilize Presenilin, which is mainly involved in intramembrane hydrolysis of selected type- I membrane proteins, including amyloid-beta precursor protein, and produces amyloid-beta protein. Amyloid-beta are small peptides comprising of 36-43 amino acids, which play a significant role in senile plaques formation in the brains of Alzheimer patients. Virtual screening and docking of phytochemicals with PSFL protein was done to find the potential inhibitor. Based on binding affinity, docked energy and molecular dynamics simulations, three phytochemicals namely Saponin, Casuarictin, and Enoxolone, were identified as potential inhibitors for the target protein.Mental health is the most neglected health sector in Pakistan, and the majority of citizens have limited or no access to primary and secondary psychiatric services. The incidence of schizophrenia (SCZ) has increased at an alarming rate in Pakistan, relative to that of other psychiatric disorders. While numerous studies have investigated SCZ, few have addressed the issue about the Pakistani population. In the present review, the researchers discuss current data integral to the prevalence, pathophysiology, and molecular genetics of SCZ; treatment approaches to the disease; and patient responses to drugs prescribed for SCZ in Pakistan. Most Pakistani patients exhibit poor responses to antipsychotic drugs. Based on our review, the researchers hypothesize that genetic dissimilarities between Pakistani and Western populations contribute to such poor responses. Consequently, an understanding of such genetic differences and the provision of personalized treatment may simultaneously aid in improving SCZ treatment in Pakistan.E-commerce has grown steadily since internet access became more available in the mid-1990s. Informativeness plays a key role in online shopping decisions. Potential customers usually collect useful information and do a comparison before considering the purchase. Electronic word-of-mouth (eWOM) is considered a reliable source of information. Customer reviews and influencer reviews can be considered eWOM. They represent customers' sharing of experience and evaluation of a product or service with other potential shoppers. There is abundant evidence concerning the influence of eWOM on purchase intention. However, there are few studies on influencer reviews and purchase intention. This study aims to investigate the impact of customer review and influencer review to purchase intention and the mediating role of trust to those relationship. A quantitative experimental study (2 × 1) was conducted. Two hundred respondents from three cities in Greater Jakarta were divided into two groups to self-rate their opinion on customer review, influencer review, trust and purchase intention. Data collected was analysed PLS using SmartPLS. The study results showed that influencer review has a positive impact on purchase intention. On the other hand, customer review failed to show its influence. Trust as a moderating variable was also not validated in this study. This study aims to identify strategic actions towards climate resilient livelihoods and secure income for smallholder farmers in Thai Nguyen province of Vietnam using a systems approach and system dynamic modelling tools. Information and data for this research was collected through surveys, interviews, focus group discussions and workshops with relevant stakeholders and 187 farmers in two vulnerable districts during October 2019-April 2020. Findings of this study uncovered a number of shortcomings of the government policies and approaches in climate change adaptation. Local initiatives, community learning and ownership seem to be neglected. This research has substantiated the effectiveness and validity of systems approaches and tools in structuring and solving complex issues in agricultural research and development under the interwoven relationships between environmental and human factors. Climate resilient production models and practices are just part of the systemic interventions that need to be implemented in a coordinated manner towards a more resilient future of the farming communities. This study has addressed the current knowledge gap and the need for using integrated approaches and decision support systems for unravelling ill-structured and/or complex issues of climate change adaptation (CCA). It also provided practical recommendations for informed CCA policies and implementation. The article examines how many leaders used Twitter during the COVID-19 pandemic, in what way, and the impact they had on the public. In the context of Twitter, the impact on the public refers to the growth in followers as it signifies the increased interest of the public about information. 50,872 tweets were collected from 143 state leaders and an original dataset was created containing information on the growth of followers. AM 095 purchase Ordinary least squares regression models were used for the analysis. It was found that 64.8% of UN member states had a leader that tweeted about COVID-19. Furthermore, a significant increase in the number of followers during the pandemic compared to months prior was noted. Since March, the pandemic has been a dominant topic on Twitter. During the COVID-19 pandemic, the highest percentage increase in gaining Twitter followers was experienced by politicians who frequently tweeted and those who had a lower ratio of the number of followers to internet users. The research implies that citizens are interested in being informed about emergencies through social networks, and government officials should use them. The effect of a mild, wet air pretreatment and the subsequent anaerobic digestion (AD) was examined on the recovery of a complex and toxic molasses ethanol distillery stillage. The biogas yield and organics removal due to pretreatment were compared with the raw stillage AD. The application of a scoria support in this industrial residue AD process stability was also assessed. Consequently, a statistically significant cumulative specific methane recovery difference (p-value = 0.000) with an almost complete biological oxygen demand (BOD) removal and a significant chemical oxygen demand (COD) reduction, which were 100% and 92% respectively were achieved. Additionally, the biogas recovery rate was hastened due to pretreatment. The application of scoria, whose property has been instrumentally inspected, has helped stabilize the pH in the AD systems. In a comparative approach, this study suggests the energy benefit and an ecofriendly discharge of stillage by the ethanol industry towards sustainability.
