Psychological education is one of the top ten education systems in colleges and universities. The psychological health of college teachers is the key to teaching and education. Colleges and universities attach great importance to teachers' educational level and scientific research achievements, pay attention to teachers' instrumental value, and pay little attention to teachers' mental health. Therefore, this study aims to study the mental health status and prevention measures of college music teachers from the perspective of positive psychology. By combining the qualitative method with the quantitative method, this study carries out questionnaire survey and interview on "mental health" of music teachers in four universities and then puts forward relevant intervention countermeasures. Research shows that only one-fifth of the teachers believed that they had received psychological counseling from the school and successfully solved their own problems; nearly 60% of music teachers said that the psychological counseling provided by the school lacked pertinence and professionalism, and lacked practical solutions to their own problems. This shows that the psychological intervention strategies adopted by Chinese colleges and universities for music teachers are far from the expected results.Mental health essentially refers to a state of mind. It means that an individual can keep a good or normal state in behavior. It is not only related to the overall development of the individual body and mind but also affects the construction of university teachers. This paper mainly studies the career development anxiety of music teachers in colleges and universities in China, analyzes its causes, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to alleviate the pressure and promote the physical and mental harmony of music teachers and the common growth of a good social atmosphere. The purpose is to help music teachers in colleges and universities better manage their mental health. This paper collects the data of occupational stress and mental health of 164 music teachers in many colleges and universities through the method of a questionnaire survey and processes the data with the analysis formula of sample variance and standard deviation. The analysis shows that a considerable number of the respondents have career development anxiety.

The clinical data of 84 ACI patients treated in our hospital from August 2020 to August 2021 were retrospectively analyzed, and they were divided into the routine group (
 = 42) and the combined group (
 = 42) according to the order of admission. Both groups were treated with routine clinical treatment, and the combined group was additionally treated with edaravone combined with anticoagulant therapy. Serum samples were collected from both groups after treatment. ELISA was used to detect the serum inflammatory factor levels, and the modified Barthel index score was used to evaluate the ADL of patients.

Compared with the routine group, the combined group achieved obviously lower levels of PMA, CD62p, and serum inflammatory factors after treatment (
< 0.001), higher modified Barthel score after treatment (
< 0.001), lower plasma viscosity, platelet aggregation rate, and plasma fibrinogen level after treatment (
< 0.001), and higher clinical overall efficacy (
< 0.05).

Edaravone combined with anticoagulant therapy is a reliable method to enhance ADL and reduce the inflammatory response of ACI patients. This strategy greatly reduces the platelet-activating factor levels of patients and improves the comprehensive clinical efficacy, and its further research will help to establish a better solution for these patients.

Now, the intelligent system can help to improve the performance for which we design the convolution neural network (CNN) based network that can classify emotions in different categories like positive, negative, or more specific. In this paper, we use the Ryerson Audio-Visual Database of Emotional Speech and Song (RAVDESS) audio records. The Log Mel Spectrogram and Mel-Frequency Cepstral Coefficients (MFCCs) were used to feature the raw audio file. These properties were used in the classification of emotions using techniques, such as Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM), CNNs, Hidden Markov models (HMMs), and Deep Neural Networks (DNNs). For this paper, we have divided the emotions into three sections for males and females. In the first section, we divide the emotion into two classes as positive. In the second section, we divide the emotion into three classes such as positive, negative, and neutral. In the third section, we divide the emotions into 8 different classes such as happy, sad, angry, fearful, surprise, disgust expressions, calm, and fearful emotions. For these three sections, we proposed the model which contains the eight consecutive layers of the 2D convolution neural method. The purposed model gives the better-performed categories to other previously given models. This research was set to investigate the expression and potential value of miR-196b in EP. qRT-PCR was utilized to determine the relative expression of miR-196b in peripheral blood of EP patients and to observe the expression changes of miR-196b before and after treatment. Correlation analysis of miR-196b with HCG and progesterone was performed. Logistic regression analysis was applied to independent risk factors affecting EP patients. TargetScan was utilized to predict the downstream target genes of miR-196b, and GO and KEGG analysis was carried out using the R language pack. qRT-PCR showed that miR-196b expression in peripheral blood of EP patients was lower than that of normal people. miR-196b expression in patients after treatment was notably higher than that before treatment. In addition, correlation analysis showed that miR-196b was positively correlated with the expression of HCG, progesterone, and estradiol. The patients with early TNBC were randomly assigned to capecitabine sequential treatment for 4 cycles and without any sequential treatment in the control group after anthracycline and paclitaxel combined adjuvant chemotherapy. The primary end point was disease-free survival (DFS). The secondary end point was overall survival (OS). One hundred patients were enrolled in this study between June 2013 and February 2015. Median age was 49 years ranging from 25 to 66 years and treatment was well tolerance. The median follow-up time after random allocation was 58 months (range 11-62 months). There was no significant difference in DFS and OS between the two groups (hazard ratio (HR) of DFS was 0.50; 95% CI, 0.24-1.05; P=0.066). Our study shows that although the addition of four cycles capecitabine after anthracycline and paclitaxel combining adjuvant chemotherapy does not improve DFS and OS, but the trend of DFS is improved. Firstly, Naïve Bayes with a weighted approach is used for predicting heart disease. The second one, according to the features of frequency domain, time domain, and information theory, is automatic and analyze ischemic heart disease localization/detection. Two classifiers such as support vector machine (SVM) with XGBoost with the best performance are selected for the classification in this method. The third one is the heart failure automatic identification method by using an improved SVM based on the duality optimization scheme also analyzed.
