The proposed synthetic technique was applied for the first time for AgNPs preparation via the biological route through a low-cost pathway, which considered as an adequate direction of preparation compared to the commercial methods. This study reports the in vitro cytotoxic effect of biologically synthesized AgNPs in disposing of the human lung cancer cell line (A549) and human breast cancer cell (MCF-7) by using a 3-(4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-2,5-diphenyl-2H-tetrazolium bromide (MTT) assay. In addition, the viability of the tested cell lines was tested after treatment for 24 h in the presence of the prepared nanoparticles. The obtained results indicated the reduced viability of cancer cell lines with improving concentrations of AgNPs (40-120 μg/mL) at 24 h. Furthermore, at 120 μg/mL concentration, the fungal nanoparticles showed substantial cytotoxic effects toward the treated cells. Consequently, the results designated that the biologically synthesized silver nanoparticles have effective behavior for treating A549 and MCF-7 cancer cells from the laboratory experiment approach; however, additional studies are required to validate these results in vivo models as anticancer agents depending on their cytotoxic activity.
To investigate the feasibility and effect of a multimodal program for improving chronic cervicogenic headache (CGH) via the addition of sagittal cervical spine alignment correction.

In this article, the SGE method has been developed to rummage the higher-dimensional NLEEs and established steady soliton solutions to the earlier stated NLEEs by putting in use the extended higher-dimensional sine-Gordon expansion method. This study might play an impactful role in analyzing higher-dimensional NLEEs through the extended SGE approach.This paper presents an illusory visual motion stimulus-based brain-computer interface (BCI). We aim to use the proposed system to enhance the motor imagery (MI) modality. Since motor imagery requires a long time for training, a stimulation method with external stimuli through the sensory system is an alternative method for increasing efficiency. The research is divided into two parts. First, we observed the visual motion illusion pattern based on brain topographic maps for the novel BCI modality. Second, we implemented the illusory visual motion stimulus-based BCI system. Arrow and moving-arrow patterns were used to modulate alpha rhythms at the visual and motor cortex. The arrow pattern had an average classification accuracy of approximately 78.5%. Additionally, illusory visual motion stimulus-based BCI systems are proposed using the proposed feature extraction and decision-making algorithm. This proposed BCI system can control the cursor moving in the left or right direction with the designed algorithm to create five commands for assistive communication. Ten volunteers participated in the experiment, and a brain-computer interface system with motor imagery and an illusory visual motion stimulus were used to compare efficiencies. The results showed that the proposed method achieved approximately 4% higher accuracy than motor imagery. click here The accuracy of the proposed illusory visual motion stimulus and algorithm was approximately 80.3%. Therefore, an illusory visual motion stimulus hybrid BCI system can be incorporated into the MI-based BCI system for beginner motor imagery. The coronavirus pandemic outbreak is wreaking much havoc across the globe, with many nations shutting down their economy and social life with the hope of flattening the curve while health practitioners are also gearing efforts in providing a cure for it. Part of the coronavirus challenges is the various spiritual undertones attributed to it in many quarters. Hence, this study seeks to understand the various spiritual undertones attributed to the coronavirus incidence in southwest Nigeria.
This paper examined the coronavirus pandemic and spirituality sociologically in southwest Nigeria, using secondary and primary data. Secondary data includes a review of literature, social media comments, official records, and newspaper reports. Primary data entails using google form (questionnaire) circulated via social media with 221 responses retrieved and analyzed using the frequency distribution tables and bar charts. Also, a one-sample t-test was used for further statistical analysis.
Findings show that rather than attributing coronavirus incidence to spirituality alone, most of the respondents also see it as a public health concern, and precautionary measures should adhere.
