Throne and Liberty Gear Upgrades
Upgrades can increase the power of a piece and at times even add additional features. The value of these upgrades is determined by their tiers, requirements, and the amount of random enhancements applied.
The most powerful racial Shield Razortail For instance, it is often upgraded to increase its lightning absorption capability in PvP and/or add additional defenses to missile-based designs in the PvM. This makes it more tradeable over the original version that is not upgraded.
Reroll Tokens
Reroll tokens allow you to reroll an item you have acquired, such as an armor, weapon or ring. This swaps the current item for another of the same type and comes with an additional set of bonuses. Reroll tokens are an affordable method of upgrading gear. They don't keep the original item's level and any wasted resources will not be refunded.
The survivors can acquire reroll tokens via a variety of methods, including from the Mistery Box or as rare drops from skulled creatures. They can also be found in chests and crates, or purchased at the local store for 150k each. Reroll tokens can be used to change an attribute of an item, such as increasing its damage or giving it a new stat.
Players can roll their equipment in three categories: physical power, magic power and health. Upgrades to physical power increase the damage of melee and weapons attack while upgrades to spell power boost mage attacks and ring. Health upgrades provide the player with additional health.
There are three kinds of Reroll tokens: upgrade, rare, and legendary. Each upgrade takes an item to a higher quality and requires an upgraded reroll token in order to create it. Upgrades that are enhanced require a standard item, while rare upgrades require a unique or legendary item and legendary upgrades require three legendary items.
The marker that rerolls, unlike special tokens or markers placed on action areas, remains on the space till the next Success is being rerolled. This is a way to avoid wasting upgrades.
Blueprints are envelopes that show up at the beginning of every Preparation phase. They are opened using Interact by grabbing on to them. Once they are open they show a complete description and an icon for the appliance or ingredient that they correspond to. Blueprints can be exchanged to purchase a new appliance or ingredient in the restaurant's store for the amount of coins.
During an event, blueprints may be moved between the Staple Pool and the Non-staple pool as a result of chosen Franchise Cards. This changes the kind of blueprints that a restaurant's shop has available for rerolls and which are available in the Non-droppable Pool.
Growthstones
In Throne and Liberty, growth stones can be used to improve weapons, armor and other accessories. These are special stones that boost an item's level by increasing its stats and attributes. Players can locate these items by visiting Equipment Enchanting NPCs located in the main towns. Contract Coin Merchants will sell them for a price. They can also be purchased by players who sign daily contracts.
To upgrade equipment, the player must first locate the item and then click the "level up button". This will display a menu showing the item's current level and what it will be after being leveled up as well as the necessary amount of Growth Stones to achieve this. The amount of Growth Stones required to upgrade the gear will depend on its rarity. Rare (blue) rarer weapons will require more than one Growth Stone, while uncommon armor requires only one Growth Stone.
After deciding on what to upgrade, players must then select the number of green Growth Stones they wish to use and pay the corresponding cost. Once the requirements are satisfied, the user can select the upgrade button to apply the Growth Stones to the item. This will increase the item's level by a certain percentage. Depending on the rarity of the item and rarity, the upgrade process could be as quick as a few seconds to minutes.
The upgrade process is also safe and doesn't impact the item's durability. This makes it an excellent method for players to get a significant advantage in combat without straining their accounts. Clicking on the "transfer tab" players can transfer the experience and progress of an upgraded item to the new gear.
For new players, it can be difficult to obtain Growth Stones. However, there are numerous methods to obtain these stones, such as signing contracts and buying them from the Contract Coin Merchant, defeating Abyssal Contract enemies, obtaining them from the Equipment Stone Seal Book, or getting them from the reward chests during the Ancient Arena season. Players can also break down the higher-level Growth Stones into multiple lower-level stones.
Leveling
Leveling is a feature that allows players to increase the base stats of weapons armor, helms, and trinkets. The Upgrade Station allows you to combine an item with upgrade materials, and pay a fee in Happy Tickets or Happy Stars. The upgrade components will be consumed and the item will be upgraded to an upgrade to a higher level. The process will continue until the item reaches its highest level.
Items with upgraded base stats display an icon of blue in their slot. Upgrade components, unlike enchantments can't be added to more than one item at once. Each upgrade component will require the purchase of a certain amount of items as well as a certain equipment level.
The Upgrade Station comes with two slots: the left is where players can add an item to be upgraded, and the right slot shows a preview of what the equipment will look like once it is at its next level. Pressing the yellow arrow once the player has enough materials will initiate the upgrade process.
A piece of gear can be upgraded up to five times. Each upgrade, the base stats of the item will increase by an amount of. The maximum level for an item is 19.
When an item is at its maximum level that it can no longer have the option to upgrade. In the same way, once an item reaches a certain upgrade track (e.g. Veteran or Explorer), upgrades to that track will come with discounted prices.
Upgrade components are a kind of equipment that can be put into armor, weapons trinkets, trinkets, or gathering tools to give an added bonus or effect when the equipment is equipped. They can be purchased from vendors, looted or obtained by completing quests or traded between players. Upgrade components can be replaced by new ones, but doing so will destroy the previous upgrade, except for glyphs which can be removed and replaced at will.
Requirements
Items upgrades allow players to increase certain stats of armor and weapons they already have. The requirements to upgrade an item differ based on the type of item but generally, you'll need Dilithium and a number of Upgrade Tokens (various options available).
Upgrades to items can be used to make set pieces or weapons to provide additional effects or to increase the quality item. These upgrades can be obtained from a variety of sources, including crafting, purchasing at the Trading Post, karma vendors or looting from raids and bosses. Once an upgrade component is inserted into an item, it can't be removed and substituted without restriction, however the glyphs used in gathering tools can be swapped without restriction.
Upgrades can boost the Mark Level or Rarity. In addition, certain upgrade components have additional modifiers which can further increase the stats of an item.
The upgrade to the helm "Foundation of the Sun", for instance, increases defense base and provides an additional 20 percent chance of blocking. Additionally, the dps upgrade "Wildfire" boosts weapon damage.
Certain items are better off being upgraded less because of their improved stats, but because it lets players get the maximum amount of value from a flawless roll on the item. A perfect-rolled 200/6 500 armor set piece, for example is highly sought-after by melee PvP communities and could be worth up to 20-50 times that of the unupp'd version.
When you choose an upgrade component to be inserted into an item the game will show an in-game window that lists the required requirements. This includes the type of item (either weapon or armor) and the tier of that item and the upgrade Token required, and the amount of progress required to complete the upgrade.
The game will place an item in your inventory when you've fulfilled the requirements for an upgrade. The progress bar will then update to show you how close to finishing the upgrade. You can also track the status of an item upgrade by visiting any NPC that upgrades items.
