Item upgrades are upgrade components that can be slotted into weapons, armor and trinkets to offer an added benefit. They tend to be more expensive and require the item be of a certain rank.

The Glyphs panel allows you to insert glyphs into your text by choosing them from the menu that is located on the left of the screen. It initially displays glyphs in the font in which your cursor is located however, you can also view a different font or type style, and narrow the list of glyphs to a specific subset by selecting one of the options below Entire Font (for instance, Punctuation displays only punctuation symbols). By moving your pointer over a glyph, you can view its CID/GID as well as Unicode value in a tool tip.

The Glyphs Panel will keep the track of your last 35 glyphs, and display them under Recently Used in the first row (you have to expand the panel in order that you can see all 35). You can also remove them from this list by right-clicking or Control-clicking on a one of the glyphs in the list, and selecting Remove From Recent Glyphs.

The Glyphs Panel also lets you to create a custom set of glyphs, which could be helpful if you often need to type certain types of text. This will prevent you from having to manually insert each glyph whenever you require it.

A custom glyph set can include the maximum number of glyphs, 31 that include the base name as well as its suffix. item upgrade used in the base name must be uppercase English letters (A-Z), lowercase English letters (a-z), European digits (0-9) and underscore (_). The level of an item is increased by 1 when you raise an item to the maximum achievable level.

The Blueprint Desk is a tool that lets players purchase new appliances, ingredients and Decorations for their restaurants. Blueprints are envelopes that appear at the beginning of each Preparation phase. They can be opened with the Grab. Each blueprint comes with its own icon, and each category of upgradeable item has an icon that is distinct from the others:

Certain recipes require the use of specific appliances or ingredients which can be obtained by choosing a Franchise Card from the Blueprint Desk. Some Appliances and Ingredients are considered staples, which means that they will never be available at the Shop or through a reroll. However, others have a higher chance of appearing if a certain Franchise Card is selected from the Blueprint Desk. The Staple Pool is where all items will remain for the duration of the game. When purchased from the Blueprint Desk, non-staple equipment is also transferred to the Seed Pool.

Recycled Items

The third "R," recycle, is where the magic happens. When you recycle a product that is made from recycled materials you are not only helping the environment but also giving the item new life. Most recycled products are sent back to their original manufacturer to be remade as an entirely new product. We refer to this as "closing of the loop of recycling."

Leveling
