What i'm about to tell you just don't take it in a different meaning.
You remember about 2 years ago when we started working to gather you said you wish that fixrunner will cover your family expenses.
And i asked 1000 monthly salary for 40 hours weekly work and you told me that i will give you 800 for start.
So now after 2 years we could not full-fill our basic need, You are not earning $5000 and i am not getting what i initially expected.
So i'm reconsidering if fix-runner is really worth both of our time.
Again what im telling you dont take it in a different meaning.
I appreciate your partnership offer for me on this but fixrunner is your business and if you are in my shoes you will not count on the future benefits of fixrunner.
No matter how much extra effort i put to take fixrunner to the next level there will be one day that you will call me or leave me a message that
Dear JK, i think after working to gather a long time you got tired of me and we need to separate our ways....
Thats when all my effort and benefits will stop.
I know you are not making 5000 profit a month to cover your family expenses but i dont think thats possible as long as you have only one developer working in fixrunner.
With that said:
I have an eye condition i developed over last 7 years of being infront of computer almost 15 hours a day.
So at this point i am sorry but i worry about losing my eye sight and i can't sit infront of computer more than 8 hours.
What i want is to work as per our initial agreement almost 2 years ago that i will work 8 hours a day and 40 hours per week.
Meaning 160 hours per month using time doctor or whatever and i think after 2 years of working in deserve my asking salary.
You don't need to share any profit of fixrunner with me.
Now tell me what you think.
