Diablo 4 Item Upgrades

Upgrades to items let players increase the item level of equippable items such as weapons, armor, and trinkets above a certain threshold. They can be done at any upgrader NPC using the appropriate currency.

The Desert Voe Set, for example, has the Stealth Up feature that makes it easier to sneak past enemies.


There are also universal upgrades that can be incorporated into any type of equipment. These upgrades provide smaller bonuses than those that are restricted by type, but are also much more accessible to acquire.
