In addition, limitations of the current research and application of myricetin and its glycosides were analyzed, and the further studies on pharmacological activities as well as their dose-activity relationship, structure-activity relationship, chemical modification, biosynthesis and application prospects of myricetin and its glycosides were discussed and proposed.Quercetin is a kind of typical flavonoid, mainly found in various vegetables, fruits and Chinese herbs that are consumed daily, with the functions of anti-oxidation, anti-tumor, prevention and treatment of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases. Quercetin is a natural compound with defined anti-tumor activity. Due to its low bioavailability and poor water solubility, quercetin has limitations in clinical application. The quercetin derivatives with good solubility, high bioavailability, metabolic stability, and low toxicity have been obtained through modification of quercetin structure. In recent years, a large number of quercetin ethers, esters, complexes, C-4 carbonyloxy substituted derivatives, A,B-ring modified compounds and other derivatives have been synthesized and tested for in vitro anticancer activity. The quercetin derivatives with anti-tumor activity synthesized in the last 5 years were reviewed in this paper.Cannabis sativa, also known as marijuana or hemp, is an annual herb which belongs to Cannabinaceae family. It is often dioecious, originally produced in Central Asia and now is widely distributed in the world, wild or cultivated, with many varieties. As an ancient plant, C.sativa has been used for thousands of years, and its fiber has been used in many aspects, but it is also widely disputed because it contains tetrahydrocannabinol(THC), a psychoactive ingredient. It has been listed as one of the three major drugs by "United Nations Drug Convention", along with heroin and cocaine. Nowadays, with the deepening and comprehensive understanding of C.sativa, it has been widely studied because of its great economic value in the fields of textile, chemicals for daily use, medicine and so on. In this paper, the literature about the chemical compositios and species variation of C.sativa at home and abroad was reviewed in order to provide some reference for its researches.Lanqin Oral Liquid is a Chinese patent medicine which contains Isatidis Radix, Scutellariae Radix, Gardeniae Fructus, Phellodendri Chinensis Cordex and Sterculiae Lychophorae Semen. Four Chinese databases of CNKI, CBM, WanFang, VIP and four English databases of PubMed, Cochrane Library, EMbase, Web of Science were retrieved by computers. With Chinese and English words "Xiao'er Chaigui Tuire Granules" "hand, foot and mouth disease" as the subject and keywords, randomized controlled trials(RCT) for the effect of Xiao'er Chaigui Tui-re Granules alone and combined with Western medicine in the treatment of hand, foot and mouth disease were retrieved, and the retrieval time was generally from the establishment of the database to January 20, 2020. Then all the relevant documents that meet the requirements and be included in the quality evaluation standard were screened out, relevant baseline data information was extracted, and a final evaluation was conducted for the quality of relevant literatures. The quality evaluation was conducted before, further clinical results are still required for further confirmation.To explore the general characteristics of adverse drug reactions/adverse events(ADR/AE) in patients after using Shujin Jianyao Pills, and explore risk warning signals, this study analyzed 166 cases of ADR/AE reports of Shujin Jianyao Pills collected from 2005 to 2017 based on the National Center for ADR Monitoring spontaneous reporting system(SRS). And the descriptive statistical method was used to analyze general characteristics. The results showed that among the 166 ADR/AE cases, 106 cases were female patients, accounting for 63.86%. Middle-aged and elderly people aged 45 to 64 accounted for the largest proportion(82 cases, 49.40%), which were followed by elderly aged 65 and over(48 cases, 28.91%). ADR/AE involved a wide range of systems and organs, of which skin and its accessories were the most damaged(30 cases, 12.93%), which were followed by systemic damage(27 cases, 11.64%). The top 10 ADR/AE manifestations were rash(15 cases, 6.33%), nausea(14 cases, 5.91%), dizziness(14 cases, 5.91%), abdominal pain(12 cases, 5.06%), pruritus(11 cases, 4.64%), low back pain(11 cases, 4.64%), vomiting(10 cases, 4.22%), hepatocyte damage(9 cases, 3.80%), headache(9 cases, 3.80%), and diarrhea(7 cases, 2.95%). Bayesian confidence propagation neural network(BCPNN) was used to mine the ADR/AE risk early warning signal of Shujin Jianyao Pills, and the propensity score method was used to control the balance of confounding factors. The results suggested warning signs for nausea, diarrhea, rash, and dizziness, vomiting, abdominal pain, headache, liver cell damage. This study provides a basis for the post-marke-ting safety evaluation of Shujin Jianyao Pills, and can provide guidance for its rational clinical use and risk management.
