or both T1 (all five features) and T2 (four features). DATA CONCLUSION This work reports on myocardial T1 /T2 measurements in healthy subjects using cMRF and standard mapping sequences. cMRF had slightly lower precision, similar test-retest and intrareader repeatability, and higher scores for map quality. EVIDENCE LEVEL 2 TECHNICAL EFFICACY Stage 1. © 2020 International Society for Magnetic Resonance in Medicine. In early December 2019, the 2019 novel coronavirus (COVID-19) was identified as the agent responsible for the first pneumonia cases of unknown origin in Wuhan, the capital of the Hubei region in China. The virus has been identified as a novel enveloped RNA betacoronavirus2 , that has been promptly named SARS-CoV-2 (severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2). The World Health Organization (WHO), on January 12, 2020 declared the COVID-19 a public health emergency of international concern. On March 11, the WHO made the assessment that COVID-19 can be characterized as a pandemic. It is caused either by heterozygous variant in ANKRD11 gene or 16q24.3 microdeletions that involve the ANKRD11 gene. Here, we report on two unrelated male patients who presented with ID, short stature, webbing of neck, and cryptorchidism. Noonan syndrome was suspected first but the presence of macrodontia in both patients pointed to KBG syndrome which was confirmed thereafter by the identification of a novel pathogenic variant in ANKRD11 gene, c.5488G>T (p.E1830*). Macrodontia was noticed in all the deciduous anterior teeth in Patient 1. This observation was reported previously in few patients, but it seems to be a common feature that could be misdiagnosed as premature eruption of teeth. Therefore, our results confirm that maxillary permanent central incisors may not be the only teeth affected in KBG but also all the deciduous teeth. Interestingly, desquamative gingivitis was additionally noted in Patient 1, which has not been reported previously, however; it could be a coincidental finding. To the best of our knowledge, this is the first report from Egypt. © 2020 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.As a compliment to several other publications that present Rolf Huisgen's research achievements, the first part of this paper reveals the human side of this eminent chemist as he edges closer to his 100th birthday. From excerpts from many of his personal and professional writings, Huisgen's personality and philosophies of life are revealed. Also revealed is Huisgen functioning as a historian of chemistry. The second part of this paper examines the scientometrics of Huisgen's publication history. In the late 1950s and early 1960s, Huisgen's career experienced a major transition in terms of numbers of publication and the influence these papers had on the organic chemistry community. This was the result of his research in 1,3-dipolar cycloadditions. Citations to his scientific contributions are well-spread over many of his papers, demonstrating his constant work and the building up of a research topic, which continued after his official retirement in 1988. In fact, 17% of his more than 600 publications appeared after 1988. The majority of Huisgen's papers were co-authored with his many graduate and postdoctoral students. Consistent with the trend of that era, Huisgen was the sole author of most of his review articles, and not just those of his many plenary lectures. And it is those articles that proved to be his most cited publications. This demonstrates the power and influence of review articles - secondary sources, in the vocabulary of historians and sociologists of science. In those review articles, Huisgen principally described the state of the art of 1,3-dipolar cycloadditions, his golden offspring. © 2020 WILEY-VCH Verlag GmbH & Co. One of these may be perfectionism, a multidimensional personality construct that has been linked to poor psychological adjustment. The current study investigated whether perfectionism traits and self-presentational facets were associated with negative help-seeking attitudes and concerns about psychotherapy. Samples of university (N = 299) and community (N = 77) men and women completed the Multidimensional Perfectionism Scale, Perfectionistic Self-Presentation Scale, Attitudes Towards Seeking Professional Help Scale, and Thoughts About Psychotherapy Survey. Various components of perfectionism were associated with both negative help-seeking attitudes and concerns about psychotherapy. The findings suggest that perfectionistic behaviour may be an important dispositional factor that interferes with seeking and obtaining help for psychological difficulties. Theoretical and clinical implications are discussed. © 2020 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.A novel group of S100- and CD34-positive spindle cell tumors with distinctive stromal and perivascular hyalinization harboring recurrent gene fusions involving kinases including RAF1, BRAF, NTRK1/2/3, and RET have been recently reported. To our knowledge, no such cases harboring ALK rearrangements have been identified. We report a previously healthy 41-year-old male with a 12-cm intramuscular shoulder mass. The tumor was composed of bland-appearing spindled to epithelioid cells, arranged in a patternless pattern in a background of loose myxoid stroma containing striking amianthoid-like stromal collagen and perivascular rings. In accordance with the previously reported tumors, the tumor cells showed diffuse immunopositivity with S100 and CD34, while lacking SOX10 expression. Targeted RNA-based next-generation sequencing identified a novel serine/threonine-protein phosphatase PP1-beta-catalytic subunit (PPP1CB)-ALK fusion gene. Although ALK break-apart was not detected by FISH, likely due to a paracentric inversion of chromosome 2, the presence of the fusion was confirmed by Sanger sequencing showing a 10-bp linker between exon 6 of PPP1CB and intron 19 of ALK while maintaining reading frame. Subsequent ALK-1 immunostain exhibited diffuse cytoplasmic staining in the tumor cells. Our case expands the molecular genetic spectrum of the distinctive group of spindle cell tumors with CD34/S100+ immunophenotype, supporting the important role of various kinases as drivers of oncogenesis. Awareness of this entity including its unique morphologic and immunophenotypic features as well as its interchangeable kinase gene fusions is crucial for correct classification and potential targeted therapy, particularly in aggressive subsets. © 2020 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
