As the years pass, we realize that we don’t keep in contact with all the people who are the friends of us but the ones who stay with us are becoming more precious for us day by day. There are some different features that you should have and use them mutually in order to keep your friendship alive. Now i am going to talk about these features. First one is being trustworthy. Trust is one of the most important features because if you can not trust your friend, you don’t want to do anything with him or her. You should keep your promises. At least you shouldn’t make a promise that you can not keep. Making a promise and not keeping this may break the trust wall between you and your friend. Another feature is knowing apologize when you make a mistake. A good friendship is also grounded with mutually respect. Everyone can make mistakes but more important thing is apologizing. If you don’t apologize when you make a mistake, it will also break the trust wall between you and your friend. Another feature is being supportive. No matter what is the situation, you should always be with your friend. Sometimes people have hard times with their family or their school life or among the younger people, girlfriend or boyfriend situation. You should be with your friend and give supportive and logical advices and be sure about he or she won’t harm himself or herself. Finally i want to add something from myself something that i definitely know about being good friend. If you have a group of friends, doing everything together is important. For example if you plan to go somewhere and one of your friend doesn’t have money to come with you. You should not go there without your friend. This is one of the most important thing among a group of friends to keep your friendship alive.
