Why Item Upgrade May Be Much More Hazardous Than You Think
Throne and Liberty Gear Upgrades

Upgrades can boost the performance of a piece of gear and sometimes even its extras. The worth of these upgrades is determined by their tiers, requirements, and the amount of random augmentations that are applied.

The racial Shield elite Razortail for instance, is usually upgraded to improve its lightning absorption function in PvP or add additional defenses to missile-based builds in the PvM. This makes it more tradeable than the un-upgraded version.

Reroll Tokens

Reroll tokens let you buy a new item, such as armor, weapon, or ring. This allows you to swap the item for a different one similar one and comes with a different set of extra bonuses. Reroll tokens are a cost-effective way to upgrade gear. They don't keep the original equipment's condition, and any resources wasted won't get compensated.

The surviving players can acquire Reroll tokens in a variety of ways, including the Mistery Box and rare drops from skulled creatures. They are also available in crates and chests or buy them from the store for $150 each. Reroll tokens can be used to change an attribute on an item for example, increasing its damage or giving it a new stat.

Players can roll equipment in three categories: physical power, spell power and health. Physical power upgrades increase the damage done by weapons and melee attacks and spell power boosts mage attacks and rings. Health upgrades give the player an additional level of health.

Three types of rerolls tokens are available in three categories: upgrade rare and legendary. Each of these upgrades the item to higher quality. To produce them, you'll need a higher level token to reroll. Upgrades that are enhanced require a standard item, while rare upgrades require a unique or a legendary item, and legendary upgrades require three legendary items.

The reroll marker, unlike other markers or tokens placed on action spaces, remains on the space until the next Success is rerolled. This allows you to save upgrades.

Blueprints appear as envelopes at the start of each Preparation Phase and can be opened by grabbing them with Interact. Once they're opened, they display a full description and the icon of the relevant appliance or ingredient. Blueprints can be exchanged for a new appliance or ingredient in the restaurant's shop for a small amount of money.

During the course of an event, blueprints may be transferred between the Staple Pool and the Non-staple pool due to selected Franchise Cards. This changes the blueprints that the restaurant's shop offers to reroll, and those that are located in the non-droppable Pool.

Growthstones

In Throne and Liberty, growth stones can be used to improve weapons, armor and other accessories. These are special stones that increase the value of an item by improving its stats or attributes. They can be found by visiting Equipment Enchanting NPCs located in the main towns. Contract Coin Merchants will sell them for a fee. They can also be purchased by players who have completed daily contracts.

To upgrade gear, the player must first locate the item then click the "level up button". This will show a list of the item's levels and what it will become after being leveled-up. It will also show the amount of Growth Stones required to do so. The number of Growth Stones needed to upgrade a piece depends on its rarity. Rare (blue), rarer weapons will require more than one Growth Stone, while uncommon armor requires only one Growth Stone.

After choosing the item to upgrade, the user must choose the number of Growth Stones that they want to purchase and pay the cost. Once the player has satisfied the requirements, he is able to select the upgrade option and apply the Growth Stones. This will increase the item's level by a certain percentage. Depending on the rarity of the item the upgrade process can take between seconds and minutes.


The upgrade process is also safe and doesn't impact the longevity of the item. This makes it an ideal way for players to gain a significant advantage in combat without putting a strain on their bank accounts. Furthermore, players can transfer the experience and advancement of an upgraded item to new gear by clicking on the "transfer" tab.

The process of acquiring Growth Stones in Throne and Liberty can be daunting for new players. There are a variety of ways to obtain the stones. You can complete contracts and purchase them from Contract Coin Merchants, defeat Abyssal Contracts, collect them from the Equipment Stone Seal Book or find them in reward chests during the Ancient Arena Season. Players can also break down higher-level Growth Stones into multiple lower-level stones.

Leveling

item upgrades is an option that allows you to boost the power of armor and weapons. You can also upgrade trinkets and helms. It is achieved by adding upgrades at the Upgrade Station, paying a fee of Happy Stars or Happy Tickets. The upgrade materials will be consumed and the item will receive a higher level. This process can continue until the item reaches its highest level.

Items that have upgraded stats will display a blue icon beside their slot. Upgrade components, unlike enchantments, cannot be applied to more than one item at the same time. Furthermore each upgrade component will require a certain number of items to be used, as well as an appropriate level for the equipment.

The Upgrade Station is divided into two slots. On the left side, players can place an item that they wish to upgrade. On the right, a preview shows what the gear looks like at its next level. When players have enough materials by pressing the yellow arrow, it will begin the upgrade process.

A piece of gear can be upgraded up to five times. Each time it is upgraded, the base stats of an item will be increased by only a tiny amount. The highest level for an item is 19.

Once an item has reached its maximum level, its upgrades will no longer be available to it. In the same way, once an item reaches a certain upgrade track (e.g. Veteran or Explorer) upgrades for that track will have discounted prices.

Upgrade components are a type of equipment that is able to be inserted into weapons, armors trinkets, gathering tools and other trinkets to give an extra effect or attribute bonus while the equipment is in use. They can be bought from vendors, looted or obtained through questing. They can also be traded between players. Upgrade components can be replaced with new ones, but doing so will damage the previous upgrade, except for glyphs which can be removed and replaced freely.

Requirements

Upgrades to items allow players to boost certain stats of armor and weapons they already have equipped. The requirements to upgrade an item vary depending on the kind of item, but typically you'll need Dilithium and a variety of Upgrade Tokens (various options are available).

Upgrades to items can be slotted into equipment sets and weapons for additional effects or to increase the level of the item. These upgrades can be obtained from a variety of sources, including crafting, purchasing at the Trading Post, karma vendors or looting from raids and bosses. Once an upgrade element is added to an item, it can't be removed and substituted without restriction, however glyphs placed in gathering tools can be swapped without restrictions.

Upgrades can boost the Mark Level of an item or Rarity. Additionally, some upgrade components come with additional modifiers that can enhance the stats of the item.

For example, the helm upgrade "Foundation of the Sun" increases base defense and gives an additional 20% chance of blocking. The dps "Wildfire" on the other hand increases damage from weapons.

Some items benefit from upgrading less because of their improved stats and more because it allows players to gain the most value from a flawless roll on the item. A perfect-rolled 200/6 500 armor set piece, for instance is highly coveted by melee PvP communities and can be worth as much as 20-50 times the non-upp’d version.

If you choose an upgrade component to slot into an item, the game will display an open window that displays the requirements required for that item. These include the item type (either Armor or Weapon) and the tier of that item, the Upgrade Token needed, and the amount of progress required to complete the upgrade.

If you've fulfilled the conditions for upgrading the game will put the item in your inventory and the progress bar will change to indicate how close to completing the upgrade. You can also check the status of an item upgrade by visiting any NPC that upgrades items.
