The item upgrade lets players increase an item's gear rating up to 700 points and add a final bonus. Items can be upgraded by keeping them in inventory before heading to the kiln.

Weapons

Upgrades to weapons also reroll the stats of their base. This is usually a positive factor, but it could also have negative effects. Upgrades can render items unusable, unless you are extremely lucky.

Armor items can also be upgraded to increase their stats. This will increase the base defense of a helm or chest as well as belts and gloves. These will boost their required strength and agility. Upgrades are a less expensive alternative to purchasing a new trinket. It is possible to upgrade a player for less than 12 tokens. The new trinket comes with the same base level as the previous trinket however, it will also come with an additional bonus of 1% upgrade.
