Item Upgrader It's Not As Hard As You Think
The Item Upgrader in World of Warcraft

The War Within introduced two gear upgrade currencies, Valorstones and Harbinger Crests. They can be traded at the NPCs of item upgraders Cuzolth and Vaskarn.

Each item may be upgraded to its maximum level only once for a slot. Then upgrades to that slot will be less costly. The pity system, which was introduced in The War Within, also lowers the extreme upgrade variance.

Upgrades
