The mediating effect of psychological capital was 0.156 which accounted for 33.19% of the total effects.The psychological capital should be improved, and the psychological capital combined with the job immersion together improves the life quality of nursing staffs.
This systematic review and meta-analysis aim to assess the effectiveness of Dangguijagyag-san (DJS) for primary dysmenorrhea (PD) and to update the previous reviews.

We searched for randomized controlled trials (RCTs) of DJS for PD from inception to April 2019. The search databases were the PubMed, EMBASE, Cochrane Central Register of Controlled Trials, Oriental Medicine Advanced Searching Integrated System, Korean Traditional Knowledge Portal, Korean Medical Database, National Digital Science Library, and the China National Knowledge Infrastructure. The selection of studies, the extraction of data, and the quality assessment with risk of bias tool were performed by 2 authors independently. To analyze the data, the meta-analysis was conducted and qualitative analysis was also performed.

Total 2766 studies were identified, and 14 RCTs were enrolled in this review. According to the type of interventions, the analysis was performed in 4 groups. In comparison to western medication, DJS showed a higher total effective rate (TER) (RR 1.16, 95% CI 1.08-1.24) and a higher effect in reducing the pain (MD = -0.86, 95% CI -1.56--0.16). Compared with placebo, DJS was superior to placebo in reducing pain (MD = -1.1, 95% CI -2.04 --0.16) and also in reducing the consumption of the rescue medication during menstrual period (MD = -2.3, 95% CI -3.58--1.02). Compared with other herbal medicines, the subgroup analysis showed that DJS applied with PD of differentiated patterns had a higher total effective rate (TER) (RR 1.21, 95% CI 1.03-1.43, P=.02). DJS with moxibustion as an adjuvant therapy was also more effective than western medication (RR 1.47, 95% CI 1.23-1.76).

DJS may be effective for the treatment of PD. However, the quality of the evidence is relatively low, so larger-scale and well-designed RCTs are needed to confirm the effects of DJS.

Cancer-related fatigue (CRF) is considered a common complication of cancer or cancer treatment, which has a serious adverse effect on the life and of cancer patients, leading to a decline in their quality of life (QoL). The existing clinical trials revealed that acupuncture has a positive effect on CRF, and there are fewer adverse events confirmed in the corresponding systematic review. However, in recent years, new studies on using acupuncture to treat CRF were conducted, so in order to evaluate its efficacy, an updated systematic review. This protocol provides research methods for systematic review and meta-analysis of the safety and effectiveness of acupuncture for the treatment of CRF.

We will searched the randomized controlled trial literature of acupuncture treatment for CRF in 4 English and 4 Chinese databases, including PubMed, MEDLINE, Web of Science, Cochrane Central Register of Controlled Trials (Central), China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI), China Biomedical Literature Database(CBM)or clinicians to choose acupuncture for the treatment of CRF.

Heart failure (HF) is the terminal stage of various common cardiovascular diseases with quite a frequent readmission and a high mortality rate, and brings heavy financial burdens to families and society. Oral Chinese patent medicine (CPM) has been widely applied in the treatment of HF in China because of its simplicity, cheapness, convenience, and high efficiency. However, due to the large number and broad clinical selectivity of oral CPMs, there is a lack of uniformity and clinical application standardization. To choose more effective and safe medicine among so many oral CPMs is particularly essential for further improving the therapeutic effect. In this study, the efficacy and safety of different oral CPMs will be compared by a network meta-analysis (NMA), and the best CPM will be selected for the treatment of HF.

According to the search strategy, 4 English and 4 Chinese databases will be searched from the construction of the library to July 31, 2020. The NMA will include clinical randomized controlled trials (RCTs) of different oral CPMs in HF treatment. The methodological quality is assessed according to the bias risk assessment tool of Cochrane. The Bayesian NMA is performed by Aggregate Data Drug Information System (ADDIS), and the results are visualized using Stata 15.0 software. The GRADE approach is used to assess the quality of evidence and recommendation intensity.

The NMA will identify the best oral CPM in the complementary treatment of HF. A peer-reviewed journal will publish the results of the study.

This study can provide reliable evidence for the efficacy and safety of oral CPMs in the treatment of HF, and help decision-makers and patients to select more effective and safer oral CPM.

The use of hysteroscopy for the diagnosis and treatment of uterine and endometrial abnormalities is often associated with postoperative pain. This randomized controlled trial aimed to assess the efficacy of preoperative intravenous (IV) lidocaine in reducing pain after hysteroscopy.

In total, 138 patients undergoing elective hysteroscopy at the CHA Bundang Medical Center, Seongnam, Korea were randomly assigned to a control group (n = 69) or a lidocaine group (n = 69), which received normal saline or IV lidocaine at 1.5 mg/kg, respectively. The primary outcome was the incidence of postoperative pain.

The incidence of pain was significantly lower in the IV lidocaine group than in the control group at the post-anesthesia care unit (27.3% vs 68.2%, P < .001). The visual analog scale (0-10) score (median [interquartile range]) was lower in the IV lidocaine group than in the control group (0 [0-2]) vs 2 [0-4]), P < .001). The use of rescue analgesics and postoperative nausea and vomiting were similar between the 2 groups.
