Transanal endoscopic surgery encompasses the minimally invasive surgical techniques used to operate in the rectum under magnification while maintaining pneumorectum via a resectoscope or port. Conditional country successes remain quite similar, despite changes to the numbers of countries and their indicators. Likewise, the seven clusters of countries under consideration group together independently of which system of indicators had been applied for their analysis. The 2020 Inglehart-Welzel Cultural Map of the World, which is grounded on surveys, and the CSC Map, which is grounded on statistical indicators, have axes that correlate with one another significantly. The CSC Map Model explains over 63% of the dispersions pertinent to COVID-19 cumulative cases, over 52% of COVID-19 excess deaths, and over 95% of country success variables. Upon performance of the correlation analysis, it was established that strong and statistically significant relationships exist between 169 countries success and sustainability linked with their current air quality score (r = 0.602, p less then 0.01) and the environmental performance index (EPI) score (r = 0.931, p less then 0.01). The results obtained show that when a country's EPI score and current air quality improve by 1%, excess deaths decrease, respectively, by 2.33 and 1.55%. A recyclable polymer was then synthesized by Diels-Alder reaction of bismaleimide and the HMF-derived difuran (HPH). A polyurethane, produced from the Diels-Alder polymer has a higher glass transition temperature than a polyurethane, produced from ethylene glycol. The polyurethane, containing Diels-Alder polymer also has a self-healing ability. We retrospectively reviewed hepatolithiasis after pediatric LDLT. Between May 2001 and December 2020, 310 pediatric patients underwent LDLT with hepaticojejunostomy. Treatment for 57 patients (18%) with post-transplant biliary strictures included interventions through double-balloon enteroscopy (DBE) in 100 times, percutaneous transhepatic biliary drainage (PTBD) in 43, surgical re-anastomosis in 4, and repeat liver transplantation in 3. The median age and interval at treatment were 12.3 years old and 2.4 years after LDLT, respectively. At the time of treatments, 23 patients (7%) had developed hepatolithiasis of whom 12 (52%) were diagnosed by computed tomography before treatment. Treatment for hepatolithiasis included intervention through DBE performed 34 times and PTBD 6, including lithotripsy by catheter 23 times, removal of plastic stent in 8, natural exclusion after balloon dilatation in 7, and impossibility of removal in 2. The incidence of recurrent hepatolithiasis was 30%. The 15-years graft survival rates in patients with and without hepatolithiasis were 91% and 89%, respectively (p = 0.860). Although hepatolithiasis after pediatric LDLT can be treated using interventions through DBE or PTBD and its long-term prognosis is good, the recurrence rate is somewhat high.

A revision on the species global distribution was also conducted by harvesting all literature with species named Panuliruslongipesfemoristriga and Panulirusfemoristriga which were available online including those prior to year 2001 before the presence of P.femoristriga is confirmed. Due to the uncertainties on the morphological distribution in previous literature, further studies are required to fill in the missing data for confirmation.
To evaluate radiologists' education, knowledge and skills of research, attitude toward evidence-based radiology (EBR), understanding of terms and use of related published work in clinical practice and the association between these variables and sociodemographic characteristics. We also aim to assess the availability of resources and to identify sources and the main barriers to implementing EBR.

A total of 87 radiologists completed a questionnaire, which consisted of eight sections related to radiologists' demographic characteristics, and EBR-related questions. Descriptive statistics were used, and the association between EBR-related parts and sociodemographic characteristics was performed.

Ninety-three percent of the radiologists believed that EBR is necessary in practice. Only 40% received formal training in search strategies and 29.9% in critical appraisal of research literature during academic preparation. Moreover, 21-62% of the respondents completely understand specific terms related to EBR. Sixty-three percent stated that they can access relevant databases and the Internet at workplace. Research articles were only used by 24% to make a clinical decision. Almost 50% reported that they read or reviewed ≤1 article per month. The primary barrier to implementing EBR was the lack of colleagues' support. Understanding terms and the number of articles used in clinical decision were significantly related to education (P-value=0.001, 0.007) and hospital section (P-value=0.002, 0.027) respectively.

Hence, other treatments that can improve Parkinsonian axial symptoms without adverse effects are required. Vestibular dysfunction occurs in PD since neuropathological changes and reflex abnormalities are involved in the vestibular nucleus complex. Galvanic vestibular stimulation (GVS), which activates the vestibular system, is a noninvasive method. This review aimed to assess the clinical effect of GVS on axial symptoms in PD. To date, studies on the effects of GVS on postural instability, anterior bending posture, lateral bending posture, and trunk rigidity and akinesia in PD had yielded interesting data, and none of the patients presented with severe adverse events, and the others had mild reactions. GVS indicated a possible novel therapy.
