Punkte von diesem Sprint
- Die Allgemeinheit in diesem Sprint sehr zufrieden. Reibungsloser Ablauf, Gegenseitige Unterstützung im Team bei Schwierigkeiten.
- Zusammenarbeit wurde mehrfach gelobt.
- GUI / Backend war anfangs Sprint ein Thema. Eine bessere Planung betreffend GUI / Backend würde da helfen. Die Kommunikation Anfangs Sprint (auch mit dem Product Owner) nach dem Planungsmeeting behebt das Problem.
- Punkte mitnehmen:
- Abhängigkeiten (GUI / Backend) werden gerade im Anschluss an das Planungsmeeting miteinander diskutiert.
