Low-temperature nucleation as well as expansion of Zn in Dans(One hundred and eleven) along with energy balance toward (surface area) combination creation.
Paroxysmal nocturnal hemoglobinuria (PNH) is a rare acquired clonal hematopoietic stem cell disorder caused by somatic mutations in the PIG-A gene, leading to the production of blood cells with absent or decreased expression of glycosylphosphatidylinositol-anchored proteins, including CD55 and CD59. Clinically, PNH is classified into three variants classic (hemolytic), in the setting of another specified bone marrow disorder (such as aplastic anemia or myelodysplastic syndrome) and subclinical (asymptomatic). PNH testing is recommended for patients with intravascular hemolysis, acquired bone marrow failure syndromes and thrombosis with unusual features. Despite the availability of consensus guidelines for PNH diagnosis and monitoring, there are still discrepancies on how PNH tests are carried out, and these technical variations may lead to an incorrect diagnosis. Herein, we provide a brief historical overview of PNH, focusing on the laboratory tests available and on the current recommendations for PNH diagnosis and monitoring based in flow cytometry. © 2020 Published by Elsevier B.V.In this article data on impact strength, flammability and water absorption tests for innovative plastic-quarry dust composite is presented. The composites were prepared through moulding with virgin HDPE and PP plastics and quarry dust. The quarry dust was used at 0%, 5%, 20%, 40%, 60% and 80% weight percentages. The prepared samples were characterised for strength, fire resistance and hydrophobic properties using Charpy impact, flammability and water absorption tests respectively. For impact strength test was conducted according to ISO 179-12010 (E). The flammability test was conducted according to ASTMD 2863 while the water absorption test was carried out in accordance to ASTM D 570-98. These data illustrate the potential of the plastic quarry dust composite application in construction industry and model for regeneration of waste plastics for green building technologies. © 2020 The Author(s).Intrinsic Disorder Proteins (IDPs) have become a hot topic since their characterisation in the 90s. The data presented in this article are related to our research entitled "A structural entropy index to analyse local conformations in Intrinsically Disordered Proteins" published in Journal of Structural Biology [1]. In this study, we quantified, for the first time, continuum from rigidity to flexibility and finally disorder. Non-disordered regions were also highlighted in the ensemble of disordered proteins. This work was done using the Protein Ensemble Database (PED), which is a useful database collecting series of protein structures considered as IDPs. The data set consists of a collection of cleaned protein files in classical pdb format that can be readily used as an input with most automatic analysis software. The accompanying data include the coding of all structural information in terms of a structural alphabet, namely Protein Blocks (PBs). An entropy index derived from PBs that allows apprehending the continuum between protein rigidity to flexibility to disorder is included, with information from secondary structure assignment, protein accessibility and prediction of disorder from the sequences. The data may be used for further structural bioinformatics studies of IDPs. It can also be used as a benchmark for evaluating disorder prediction methods. © 2020 The Author(s).HVAC systems are often used to reach thermal comfort in buildings. It is then necessary to understand the resulting indoor airflow and thermal conditions to optimize the systems. Therefore, this paper presents detailed measurements of axisymmetric and anisothermal jets developing near the ceiling of a thermally controlled room called MINIBAT. Air temperature, velocity and turbulent quantities over five vertical plans on the room were measured using adequate materials such as Pt100 probes and a hot-wire anemometer. These data are to be used for the analysis of indoor air mixing processes and CFD validation. The detailed experimental process and measurements as well as CFD results are exposed in [1]. © 2020 The Author(s).The data include 468 Chinese adolescents' responses of the following psychological scales (1) 45-item Big Three Perfectionism Scale (BTPS), (2) Chinese version of Flourishing Scale, and (3) 21-item Depression Anxiety Stress Scale (DASS-21). The data also comprises gender and age of the respondents. The samples were collected via interviews from a middle school in Sichuan Province, China. The dataset was obtained with paper-and-pencil questionnaire from May 2017 to October 2017. The data includes 368 males and 100 females (mean age 14.49, SD = 1.11; range from 13 to 17). The dataset can be used for cross-cultural analyses or exploratory studies. © 2020 The Authors. The dataset presented here supports the research paper entitled "A calculator to quantify cover crop effects on soil health and productivity". Soil health (sometimes used synonymously with soil quality) is a concept that describes soil as a living system to sustain plants, animals, and human. Soil physical, chemical, and biological properties, along with their interactions, are required to quantify soil health. The use of cover crops in agricultural rotations may enhance soil health, yet there has been little progress in understanding how external factors such as climate, soil type, and agronomic practices affect soil and cash crop responses. In response, this dataset compiles measurements from 281 studies and provides an analysis of field-measured changes in 38 soil health indicators due to cover crop usage. LY2874455 Environmental and background indicators were also compiled to assess how climatic and management practices affect soil and cash crop responses to cover crops, with specific categories including climate type (tropical, arid, temperate, and continental), soil texture (coarse, medium, and fine), cover crop type (legume, grass, multi-species mixture, and other), and cash crop type (corn, soybean, wheat, vegetable, corn-soybean rotation, corn-soybean-wheat rotation, and other). An unbalanced analysis of variation was used to determine the hierarchy of most to least important factors that affected responsiveness of each soil health indicator. Based on the hierarchy structure, a soil health calculator was then developed to quantify the response of 13 parameters - erosion, runoff, weed suppression, soil aggregate stability, leaching, infiltration, microbial biomass carbon, soil bulk density, soil organic carbon, soil nitrogen, microbial biomass nitrogen, cash crop yield, and saturated hydraulic conductivity - to cover crops. The presented data in the calculator report the mean change in parameter values based on all combinations of climate, soil texture, cover crop type, and cash crop type. © 2020 The Author(s).
