Throne and Liberty Gear Upgrades
Upgrades can increase the performance of a piece of gear and sometimes even its extras. The value of these upgrade is determined by the tiers of gear, their requirements and how many random augmentations are made available.
The racial Shield elite Razortail for instance, is usually upgraded to improve its lightning absorption capability in PvP or provide additional defenses to missile-based build in the PvM. This makes it more exchangeable than the un-upgraded version.
Reroll Tokens
Reroll tokens allow you to reroll a purchased item like armor, weapon or rings. This allows you to swap the item for a different one similar one and comes with a different set of extra bonuses. Reroll tokens are a cost-effective method to upgrade equipment. However, they don't retain the level of the original item and any resources that are wasted will not be refunded.
Reroll tokens can be obtained by survivors through several means, including from the Mistery Box or as rare drops from skulled creatures. They can also be located in crates and chests or purchased at the local store for 150k each. Reroll tokens can be used to alter the attributes of an item such as increasing the damage it can cause.
Players can reroll equipment in three attributes, physical power, spell power and health. Upgrades to physical power increase damage from weapons and melee attack and spell power increase the damage of mage attacks and the ring. Health upgrades give the player an additional amount of health.
There are three kinds of Reroll tokens: upgrade rare and legendary. Each upgrade elevates the item to a higher quality. To produce them, you require a higher-quality token for rerolling. Upgrades require a standard item. Rare upgrades require an item that is either exclusive or legendary. Legendary upgrades require three legendary pieces.
As opposed to other tokens or markers placed on Action spaces the reroll marker stays on the spot until the next success result is to be rerolled. This helps you avoid wasting upgrades.
Blueprints are envelopes that show up at the start of each Preparation phase. They can be opened using Interact by pressing on them. When they are opened they show a complete description and an icon for the corresponding Appliance or Ingredient. Blueprints can be exchanged for a new Appliance or Ingredient in the restaurant's store for a small amount of coins.
This means that blueprints can be moved between the Staple Pool (which is the default pool) and the Non-staple Pool during a game. This alters which blueprints the restaurant's shop sells for rerolls and which are available in the non-droppable Pool.
Growthstones
Weapons and armor, as well as accessories can be upgraded in Throne and Liberty using Growth Stones. These are special stones that can increase the quality of an item by increasing its stats and abilities. Players can locate these items by visiting Equipment Enchanting NPCs located in the main towns. Contract Coin Merchants will sell them for a fee. In addition, players can get these stones by signing daily contracts.
To upgrade gear, the player must first locate the item then click the "level up button". This will show a list of the item's level, and what it will become when it is upgraded. It will also show the amount of Growth Stones needed to accomplish this. The number of Growth Stones required to upgrade the gear will depend on its rarity. Rare (blue), rarer weapons will require more than one Growth Stone, while uncommon armor only requires a single Growth Stone.
After choosing the item to upgrade, the player has to select the number of Growth Stones that they want to use and pay the cost. After the player has met the requirements, he is able to click the upgrade button and apply the Growth Stones. The item will be raised in level a certain percentage. The upgrade process can take from a few seconds to several minutes, depending on the rarity of the item.
The upgrade process is risk-free and does not impact the longevity of the item. The system is a great way for players who wish to get an edge in combat but don't want spend a lot of money. By clicking on the "transfer tab", players can also transfer the experience and progress of an upgraded piece of gear onto an entirely new piece of equipment.
The process of getting Growth Stones in Throne and Liberty can be a challenge for new players. There are a variety of methods to obtain these stones, such as completing contracts and purchasing them from the Contract Coin Merchant, defeating Abyssal Contract enemies, obtaining them from the Equipment Stone Seal Book, or obtaining them from reward chests that are available during the Ancient Arena season. In addition players can cut down higher-level Growth Stones to create multiple lower-level ones.
Leveling
Leveling is an option that lets players increase the stats of their weapons armor, helms, and trinkets. The Upgrade Station allows you to combine an item with upgrade materials and pay a fee in Happy Tickets or Happy Stars. The upgrade components will be used up and the item will gain an upgrade to a higher level. This process can be repeated until the highest level of an item is reached.
Items that have upgraded base stats display a blue icon in their slot. Unlike enchantments, however, upgrade components cannot be stacked with one another, and can only be added to one item at one time. Furthermore each upgrade component will require a specific quantity of items to be used, as well as an appropriate level for the equipment.
The Upgrade Station is divided into two slots. On the left side, players can choose to add items to be upgraded. On the right, a preview shows what the gear will look like at its next level. Once the player has enough items, pressing the yellow arrow will start the upgrade process.
A piece of gear can be upgraded a maximum of five times. Each time an item is upgraded, its stats will be increased by a small amount. The highest level for an item is 19.
Once an item reaches the highest level, upgrades are no longer available for it. When a piece of equipment reaches a specific upgrade track (e.g. Veteran or Explorer) upgrades for that track will come with discounts.
Upgrade components are a form of equipment that can be put into armor, weapons, trinkets, and gathering tools to give an added bonus or effect while the equipment is equipped. They can be purchased from vendors, looted, or obtained through questing. They can also be traded between players. Upgrade components can be changed with new ones. However, this will cause the old upgrade to be destroyed.
Requirements
Items upgrades allow players to increase the stats of certain armors and weapons they already have. The requirements for upgrading an item vary depending on the item type but generally, you'll need Dilithium and a variety of Upgrade Tokens (various options are available).
Item upgrade components can be incorporated into equipment set pieces or weapons to provide added effects or a higher level of the item. These upgrades can be gotten from a variety of sources within the game, including through crafting, purchased from the Trading Post or karma vendors, looted from bosses and raids, or dropped from dungeons. Once item upgrade Cases.gg is inserted into an item, it cannot be removed and substituted without restriction, however the glyphs used in gathering tools can be swapped out without limitation.
Upgrades can boost the Mark Level or Rarity. Some upgrade components come with additional modifiers that can boost the item's stats.
For example, the helm upgrade "Foundation of the Sun" increases base defense and gives an additional 20% chance of blocking. Additionally, the dps upgrade "Wildfire" increases damage to weapons.
Certain items benefit from upgrading not so much for their improved stats, but more because it allows players to get the most value from a perfect roll on the item. For instance, a perfectly rolled 200/6 504 armor set piece is highly valued in the melee PvP community and could be worth 20-50x the non-upp'd version.
The game will show you the requirements when you select the upgrade component that is incorporated into the item. This includes the type of item (either Weapon or Armor), the tier of that item and the Upgrade Token needed, and the amount of progress needed to complete the upgrade.
The game will place an item in your inventory once you have completed the prerequisites for an upgrade. The progress bar will update to show you how far you are towards completing the upgrade. You can also check on the status of an upgrade by visiting any NPC who upgrades items.
