The OHAT-NL could be a useful tool for informal caregivers without specific training to indicate whether the person they care for should visit an oral health care professional.A series of imide-based small molecules, namely NA, NAA, and NEA with simple structures, were designed and synthesized by introducing different amine side-chains into the benzene unit of imide, which were used as cathode interfacial materials in organic solar cells (OSCs). The amine side-chain substitution positions were systematically investigated with these small-molecule imides. Compared with NA without amide chains-NAA, and NEA, with 3-dimethylaminopropylamine and ethylenediamine chains, respectively-show bathochromic shifts in absorption, decreased band gaps, and higher highest occupied molecular orbital (HOMO) energy levels. A power conversion efficiency (PCE) of 15.04 % was obtained with the NEA-based as-cast OSCs with a high open-circuit voltage and fill factor for PM6  Y6 blend and the maximum PCE of 15.80 % was reached for as-cast PM6  Y6  IT-M ternary OSCs. NEA exhibits better conductivity, higher electron mobility, and stronger the capability of lower work function of cathode among three molecules, affording OSCs with better photovoltaic performance. Additionally, these three molecules show excellent thermal stability both in solution and in films at 150 °C. The results indicate that imide-based small molecules are promising cathode interfacial materials for commercial OSCs.Deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) has been an emerging building block to construct functional biomaterials. Due to their programmable sequences and rich responsiveness, DNA has attracted rising attention in the construction of intelligent nanomaterials with predicable nanostructure and adjustable functions, which has shown great potential in drug delivery. On the one hand, the DNA sequences with molecule recognition, responsiveness, and therapeutic efficacy can be easily integrated to the framework of DNA nanomaterials by sequence designing; on the other hand, the rich chemical groups on DNA molecules provide binding points for other functional units. In this review, we divided the functionalization modules in the construction of DNA nanomaterials into three types, including targeting modules, responsive modules, and therapeutic modules. Based on these modules, five DNA kinds of representative nanomaterials applied in drug delivery were introduced, including DNA nanogel, DNA origami, DNA framework, DNA nanoflower, and DNA hybrid nanosphere. Finally, we discussed the challenges in the transition of DNA materials to clinical applications. We expect that this review can help readers to obtain a deeper understanding of DNA materials, and further promote the development of these intelligent materials to real world's application. A higher expression of the lncRNAs NEAT1 and MALAT1 (p less then 0.05) were found in positive samples. NEAT1 had a higher expression mainly in saliva samples (p less then 0.001), and MALAT1 was upregulated in nasopharyngeal samples (p less then 0.05). In this study, decellularized bovine spinal cord meninges (dSCM)-derived extracellular matrix hydrogel (MeninGEL) is fabricated by employing a protocol that involves physical, chemical, and enzymatic processing of spinal meninges tissue and preserves the biochemical structure of meninges. The success of decellularization is characterized by measuring the contents of residual DNA, glycosaminoglycans, and hydroxyproline, while a proteomics analysis is applied to reveal the composition of MeninGEL. Frequency and temperature sweep rheometry show that dSCM forms self-supporting hydrogel at physiological temperature. The MeninGEL possesses excellent cytocompatibility. Moreover, it is evidenced with immuno/histochemistry and gene expression studies that the hydrogel induces growth-factor free differentiation of human mesenchymal stem cells into neural-lineage cells. Furthermore, MeninGEL instructs human umbilical vein endothelial cells to form vascular branching. With its innate bioactivity and low batch-to-batch variation property, the MeninGEL has the potential to be an off-the-shelf product in nerve tissue regeneration and restoration.Previous studies have reported that osteophytes in the cervical vertebrae may cause immobility, neck stiffness, osteoarthritis, headaches, nerve entrapment syndromes, and compression of the vertebral artery. Our objective was to explore the osteophytes' expression on zygapophyseal joints C3-C7. This is a cross-sectional observational skeletal study. The study sample comprised 273 human skeletons of both sexes, aged 20-93, housed at the Natural History Museum, OH, USA. A grading system assessed the presence and severity of osteophytosis on the zygapophyseal joints. The chi-square test (SPSS 25.0) examined the association between osteophytes and demographic factors. The level of significance (α) was set at .05. The highest prevalence of osteophytes was found on C5 vertebra, the lowest on C7. On vertebrae C3, C4, C6, the rate of moderate and severe osteophytes found on the superior and inferior facets were comparable. Moderate and severe degrees of osteophytes were observed more frequently on the superior facets, whereas, on vertebra C7, osteophytes were found on the inferior facet joints. Osteophytes' prevalence was significantly higher in the elderly compared to the younger population. Osteophytes in the C3-C7 zygapophyseal joints are age-dependent. No significant sex and ethnic differences were observed. Vertebra C5 was most prone to develop osteophytes, most probably due to its location in the cervical lordotic peak, C5 in the superior ZF; C7 in the inferior ZF are significant (p = .05). The zygapophyseal joints of C7 were least frequent overall, yet, the C7 inferior facets had significantly more moderate-severe osteophytes compared to other cervical vertebrae.Bifunctional transition metal complexes are of particular interest in metal-ligand cooperative activation of small molecules. As a novel type of bifunctional catalyst, Lewis acid transition metal (LA-TM) complexes have attracted increasing interest in hydrogen activation and storage. To advance the catalyst design, herein the metal effect of LA-TM complexes on the hydrogen activation has been systematically studied with a series of tris(phosphino)borane (TPB) complexes with V, Cr, Mn, Fe, Co, and Ni as metal centers. The metal effect not only influences the mechanism of hydrogen activation, but also notably casts a volcano plot for the activity. TPB complexes of V, Cr, Mn, Fe, and Co tend to activate H2 through a stepwise mechanism, while TPB-Ni prefers a synergetic mechanism for H2 activation. More importantly, the metal effect significantly influences the activity of H2 activation and the formation of the LA-H-TM bridging hydride. The trend of changes in the LA-H-TM structures, the second-order perturbation stabilization energies, and the Laplacian bond orders, along with different metals (from V to Ni), are all interestingly constitute volcano plots for the performance of TPB-TM complexes catalyzed H2 activation. TPB-Mn and TPB-Fe are found to be the optimal catalysts among the discussed TPB-TM complexes. The volcano plots disclosed for the metal effects should be informative and instructive for homogeneous and heterogeneous LA-TM catalysts development.
This study aims to assess the adaptation of the Graded Chronic Pain Scale-Revised to the Turkish language and psychometric properties in patients with primary low back pain.

The translation from the original text into the Turkish language was carried out step by step in accordance with the recommendations. Structural validity was analyzed by exploratory factor analysis (EFA). Reliability was carried out by internal consistency and test-retest analysis. Venetoclax Convergent validity was evaluated through scales composed in accordance with the research standards for chronic low back pain with the National Institutes of Health Task Force recommendations.

One hundred thirty-five patients, 58 (43%) men and 77 (57%) women, completed the study. A two-factor structure was obtained according to EFA. The first factor consisted of questions 3, 4, and 5, and the same questions constitute the Pain, Enjoyment of Life, and General Activity scale. Cronbach α coefficient r=0.814 (good internal consistency) was calculated for internal consistency.
