PayPal Refunding Method
What you will need:
- PayPal account(verified or non verified, as long as you can buy items from stores)
- Money to buy the item

Steps
1. Refer to right hand side of list for stores that can be refunded: Click me
2. Keep in mind the health of your paypal account:
- 0-1 transactions: 0-500 able to be refunded
- 2-5 transactions: 501-1200 able to be refunded
- 6-10 transactions: 1201-1999 able to be refunded
- 11-15 transactions: 2000-3500 able to be refunded
- 16-20 transactions: 3501-5000 able to be refunded
- 21+ transactions: 5000+ able to be refunded
(You can use the fake transaction method, where you gather a bunch of friends and pay them via PayPal and have them pay you back and vice versa. Make sure to use a bunch of friends for this)
(Also use your paypal to buy from an actual company atleast once)
(Remember the more legit transactions to verified sellers, the higher your chances when the refund time actually comes)
(Keep your refunds upto 3 times every 6 months with plenty of goods and services transactions in between)
3. Use your transaction number to select an item, buy it and wait for it too arrive.(If the item requires sign make sure to sign legibly but with a fake name)
4. Once item arrives wait a day and then navigate to the transaction with the desired company, and click on the button that says "Go to Resolution Center for help with this transaction, to settle a dispute or to open a claim" . (If you don't know where that is search it up on google)
5. It will give you options
- Didn't Recieve your item?
- Recieved the wrong item?
- Don't recognize a payment?
*Don't recognize a payment is the best when its the first time refunding on a paypal account.(If you do this skip over to step 9) (However keep in mind that if you take this route, when you order on the store you should have used a different address far from yours and preferably a different name)
- Just write that you woke up in the morning and saw this payment. You didn't place the transaction and are worried if your account has been compromised.(Make sure to come up with your own script and act really worried)
*Didn't Recieve your item is the next viable option(Make sure to fake sign for this one)
- Make sure to send your reciept for this one as it verifies you actually bought the item
- This could work in two ways, either you can say that you didn't recieve it completely or you could say you recieved an empty box but it wasn't opened
- I would prefer the latter if the shipping company didn't track weight otherwise say you didn't recieve it
- If the shipping company didn't track weight then say something along the lines of...
"Hello, I had recieved this package yesterday, and was giving it to my brother for his anniversary however the pacakge arrived way lighter than I had
expected it to be. Upon opening the box, all I found was styrofoam and packaging paper, along with an order invoice but no item. At first I thought the
package was going to arrive later, however I have been waiting for 24 hours and another package still hasn't arrived. I did some research online and
found out that if a thief had stolen the item, then the package would be opened, however the box was sealed and still taped. What should I do? "
- If the shipping company did track weight then say somthing along the lines of...
"Hello, So I had a question for you as I'm very curious if your website is accurate, because when I go to my tracking page, it says my package has been
delivered already, however I have been at home for the past day, and there's been nothing. I have done some research and found that sometimes carriers
leave the package with my neighbors, but I contacted them this morning and they have not recieved a package. What should I do?"
- You could also say that the item was leaking with battery acid(Make sure to come up with a good story about this)
This only works with electronics, however its a good option as you can say according to regulations in my area, the post didn't allow me to send it back as it had hazardous materials
6. Once you have come up with your response click submit button and wait for the email confirmation.(Sometimes the email confirmation comes after 24 hours)
7. You will now have to wait 2-3 days because paypal is waiting for the company to respond to you. Most of the time they never respond. If by rare chance they do, then based on what they say, respond back. (Never leave them on read lol!)
8. Once the wait period is over, you head over to resolution center and click Escalate to paypal(Once again if you don't know where that is search it up on google)
9. Now you will be chatting with paypal, say that the company didn't respond and give a summary once again of what happened(Make sure this is a well thought out statement and is atleast a paragraph long for best success)
or if chose you dont recognize payment then summarize the situation(Make sure this is a well thought out statement and is atleast a paragraph long for best success)
10. Wait a couple days 1-2 weeks depending on value of the item, and if you did all the steps right you should get an email like this.
